Deren Entstehung steht allerdings h\u00e4ufig auch in Zusammenhang mit psychologischem Stress. Deshalb gilt es bei jeder Verletzung, das Wechselspiel zwischen Psyche und Physis zu beachten.<\/p>\n<p>Wie kannst du die Symptome von \u00dcbertraining erkennen?<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. \u00c4nderung des Ruhepulses<\/strong>: Sie ist das Ergebnis eines Anstiegs deiner Stoffwechselrate, um den erh\u00f6hten Anforderungen gerecht zu werden. Die erste Tat am Morgen sollte daher das Messen des Ruhepulses sein. Damit hast du eine bessere Kontrolle \u00fcber deine physische Fitness und den Erm\u00fcdungszustand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u00dcbers\u00e4uerte Muskeln<\/strong>: Muskelkater, der nach einer intensiven Trainingseinheit ein bis zwei Tage anh\u00e4lt, ist ganz normal. Wenn du allerdings nach 72 Stunden noch Schmerzen versp\u00fcrst, solltest du einige Tage pausieren und deinen Muskeln Entspannung g\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Schlafst\u00f6rungen<\/strong>: Sie sind vermutlich das Ergebnis aus der \u00dcberbeanspruchung des Nervensystems und des Hormonsystems. Wie wir bereits im Artikel <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/water-life\/morgendliches-training-wie-damit-umzugehen-ist\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Morgendliches Training<\/a><\/em>, erl\u00e4utert haben, ist Ruhe ein wichtiges Element des Trainings, das du nicht untersch\u00e4tzen solltest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Stimmungsschwankungen<\/strong>: Wenn du dich nach einiger Zeit aggressiver, gereizter oder deprimiert f\u00fchlst, kann dies das Ergebnis von \u00dcbertraining sein. H\u00f6re aufmerksam auf deinen K\u00f6rper und reagiere entsprechend sensibel darauf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Verletzungsanf\u00e4lligkeit<\/strong>: Wenn du deinen K\u00f6rper \u00fcberbeanspruchst, bleibt ihm nicht gen\u00fcgend Zeit zur Erholung zwischen den Trainingseinheiten. Dies f\u00fchrt zu muskul\u00e4ren Schw\u00e4chungen und somit einem erh\u00f6hten Verletzungsrisiko. Um dem vorzubeugen, empfehlen wir dir, einige Ruhetage einzuplanen und die Intensit\u00e4t deiner Trainingseinheiten zu verringern.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du Symptome von \u00dcbertraining bei dir entdeckt hast, solltest du dir einen geeigneten Regenerationsplan erarbeiten. Dabei gilt es einige wichtige Regeln zu ber\u00fccksichtigen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deine Trainings- und Erholungsphasen sollten in einem ausgeglichenen Verh\u00e4ltnis zueinander stehen.<\/li>\n<li>Verzichte auf Wettbewerbe oder Trainingseinheiten, wenn du krank oder verletzt bist.<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcberwache deine allgemeine physische Fitness und deinen mentalen Zustand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wie du dich am besten erholst, findest du nur selbst heraus. Folgende Trainingstipps k\u00f6nnen dir dabei helfen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Um Stoffwechselablagerungen zu beseitigen, solltest du leicht aerobisch trainieren.<\/li>\n<li>Motorische St\u00f6rungen beseitigst du am einfachsten mit Muskeldehnungen.<\/li>\n<li>Erholungsmassagen beleben die Muskulatur.<\/li>\n<li>Um den Energiehaushalt in Einklang zu bringen, solltest du w\u00e4hrend des Trainings wichtige N\u00e4hrstoffe aufnehmen und mit viel Fl\u00fcssigkeit den Wasserhaushalt ausgleichen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Abschlie\u00dfend die goldene Regel: Zwinge deinen K\u00f6rper nicht dazu, \u00fcber die Grenzen hinaus zu gehen und lerne, auf ihn zu h\u00f6ren.
