Freistil-Beinschlag:<\/strong> Schwimme mit den Armen im Bruststil und mit den Beinen im Freistil. Schmetterlings-Beinschlag:<\/strong> Schwimme mit den Armen im Bruststil und mit den Beinen im Schmetterlingsstil. Dein Kopf befindet sich oberhalb der Wasseroberfl\u00e4che, sodass du kein Wasser in den Mund bekommen kannst.
