Oft mangelt es schlichtweg an Motivation, wenn wir das Gef\u00fchl haben, nicht genug Zeit zu haben. Aber warum sind 24 Stunden nicht genug? Wenn wir am Tag nich einmal eine Stunde Zeit f\u00fcr unseren Sport finden, dann sind uns entweder andere Aktivit\u00e4ten wichtiger oder wir nutzen unsere freie Zeit einfach nicht optimal. Wie oft kommt es vor, dass die Schwimmtasche bereits fertig gepackt bereitsteht und wir uns letztlich mit dem Smartphone in der Hand auf dem Sofa wiederfinden? Und wieviele Male haben wir unser Auto am Schwimmbad geparkt und uns dann daf\u00fcr entscheiden, doch lieber mit den Freunden in der N\u00e4he essen zu gehen? Mach dir keinen Kopf: Man hat genug Zeit an einem Tag; man muss lediglich ein paar kleine Anpassungen vornehmen!<\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\"><strong>Stell dir deinen Wecker fr\u00fcher<\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\">Es braucht viel Willenskraft, um den Wecker fr\u00fcher zu stellen, aber wenn du am Morgen trainierst, gewinnst du wertvolle Zeit nach der Arbeit.Wahrscheinlich ist f\u00fcr dich die Vorstellung, in der Fr\u00fch schwimmen zu gehen, erstmal der absolute Horrir und du w\u00fcrdest lieber ganz auf das Training verzichten. Aber wenn du mit deinem Trainingsplan durch bist, wirst du viel motivierter in den Rest des Tag starten.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\"><strong>Mit Freunden schwimmen <\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\">Manchmal reicht es nicht, an Pl\u00e4nen festzuhalten, die wir uns selbst auferlegt haben &#8211; denn wir sind wirklich gut darin, uns selbst zu bel\u00fcgen und im Stich zu lassen. Aber w\u00fcrden wir auch ein Training absagen, das wir mit unserem Teamkollegen abgemacht haben?
