{"id":68962,"date":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/unkategorisiert\/die-rollwende\/"},"modified":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","slug":"die-rollwende","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/de\/training-technik\/die-rollwende\/","title":{"rendered":"Die Rollwende"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Damit eine Trainingseinheit wirklich effektiv ist, ist es wichtig, dass so gut wie keine Verz\u00f6gerung durch die Wende entsteht.<\/p>\n<p>Um die richtige Technik zu perfektionieren, schauen wir uns die Rollwende an, also die Wende f\u00fcr Freistil und R\u00fcckenschwimmen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Regel beim Freistil ist einfach: Du musst w\u00e4hrend der Wende die Wand an der Stirnseite des Beckens mit einem beliebigen K\u00f6rperteil ber\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich braucht das Ber\u00fchren mit der Hand und das anschlie\u00dfende Absto\u00dfen von der Wand mit den F\u00fc\u00dfen viel l\u00e4nger als eine Rollwende \u2013 also lass uns diese Technik mal genauer unter die Lupe nehmen.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-50191\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/ARENA_turn_blog.gif\" alt=\"ARENA_turn_blog\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Schwimme zur stirnseitigen Beckenwand und achte auf die schwarze Linie auf dem Beckenboden. Wenn du zum \u201cT-St\u00fcck\u201d der Linie kommst (oder einen Zug danach, je nach K\u00f6rpergr\u00f6\u00dfe und Schnelligkeit), dann schwimme noch einen halben Zug und halte eine Hand an deiner K\u00f6rperseite gestreckt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Lege gleichzeitig dein Kinn an die Brust, ziehe deinen anderen Arm auch an deine Seite und drehe die Handinnenfl\u00e4chen nach oben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> F\u00fchre die Rolle aus, indem du die H\u00e4nde zur Unterst\u00fctzung nach oben dr\u00fcckst, deinen Oberk\u00f6rper runterbeugst und deine Knie zum Bauch ziehst. W\u00e4hrenddessen rotierst du seitlich um die eigene Achse, so dass du in eine Art Bauchlage gelangst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Platziere dann deine F\u00fc\u00dfe an der Wand, sto\u00dfe dich ab um die Drehung zu vollenden und strecke deine Arme weit nach vorne. Halte deinen Kopf zwischen den Oberarmen mit dem Kinn auf der Brust.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Schlage mit den Beinen, komme hoch an die Wasseroberfl\u00e4che und schwimme deinen ersten Zug noch ohne zu atmen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Wende beim R\u00fcckenschwimmen ist \u00e4hnlich und weicht nur aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Regeln und der R\u00fcckenlage davon ab. Du musst also Folgendes beachten:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Nutze die Fahnen (5 m) um dich zu orientieren und um zu wissen, wie weit du von der Wand entfernt bist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Wenn bei den Fahnen angekommen bist, schwimme noch 4-5 Z\u00fcge und drehe dich dann seitlich um 180\u00b0, indem du die bremsende Wirkung deines Oberarms \u00fcber deinem Kopf nutzt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Halte diese Position und gleite weiter, bis du den richtigen Punkt erreicht hast, um die Rollwende durchzuf\u00fchren (ohne um die vertikale Achse des K\u00f6rpers zu rotieren).<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Platziere deine F\u00fc\u00dfe an der Wand und sto\u00dfe dich, immer noch in R\u00fcckenlage, von ihr ab.
