Ein Sprung ins k\u00fchle Nass, um ein paar Bahnen zu ziehen, mit dem Mountainbike \u00fcber Wald- und Schotterwege oder doch lieber in Laufschuhen am Flussufer entlang? Sobald die Tage aber k\u00fcrzer und die Temperaturen niedriger werden, verlieren viele die Motivation. Weiterhin seine Bahnen im Schwimmbad zu ziehen, ist eine willkommene Gelegenheit, um fit zu bleiben und sich auf die n\u00e4chste Sommersaison vorzubereiten.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Schwimmen unterscheidet man bekanntlich zwischen vier Stilen, die verschiedene Muskelgruppen beanspruchen und so als Erg\u00e4nzung f\u00fcr unterschiedliche Sportarten dienen k\u00f6nnen. Im ersten Teil gucken wir uns das Brustschwimmen genauer an.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brustschwimmen x Volleyball<\/strong><br \/>\nEs ist die Schwimmlage, die die meisten Menschen zuerst lernen und beherrschen. Richtig ausgef\u00fchrt werden Arme, Beine, Rumpf und R\u00fccken sowie der Nacken trainiert. Au\u00dferdem ist beim Brustschwimmen das Timing von Arm- und Beinschlag enorm wichtig. Mit einem kr\u00e4ftigen Beintempo katapultiert sich der Schwimmer nach vorne. Ein optimales Training f\u00fcr alle, die im Sommer auf dem Beachvolleyballplatz eine gute Figur machen wollen. Um diese verst\u00e4rkt zu trainieren, ist der neue <strong>SWIM KEEL<\/strong> von arena optimal. Hier kann man sich auf die technisch richtige Ausf\u00fchrung konzentrieren. Um nur mit dem Beinschlag voran zu kommen, ist neben der Technik dann auch die Schnellkraft wichtig.
