Ein Sprung ins k\u00fchle Nass, um ein paar Bahnen zu ziehen, mit dem Mountainbike \u00fcber Wald- und Schotterwege oder doch lieber in Laufschuhen am Flussufer entlang? Sobald die Tage aber k\u00fcrzer und die Temperaturen niedriger werden, verlieren viele die Motivation. Weiterhin seine Bahnen im\u00a0Schwimmbad zu ziehen, ist eine willkommene Gelegenheit, um fit zu bleiben und sich auf die n\u00e4chste Sommersaison vorzubereiten.<\/p>\n<p>Diesmal gucken wir uns das Kraulschwimmen genauer an.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kraulschwimmen x Laufen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kraul ist der schnellste Schwimmstil. Was f\u00fcr viele schwer aussieht, ist mit etwas \u00dcbung leicht zu erlernen. Hier werden vor allem Arme und Schultern trainiert. Was man auf den ersten Blick nicht vermuten w\u00fcrde: F\u00fcr L\u00e4ufer ist Kraulschwimmen der optimale Ausgleich. Sie trainieren das ganze Jahr \u00fcber ihre Beine.
