Das sind die richtigen \u00dcbungen f\u00fcr dich"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Fitness- und Schwimmtraining am Beckenrand f\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger und Schwimmer, die nicht viel Zeit haben.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nicht jeder hat die Zeit, um sich mit viel Sport fit zu halten. Es kann also auch nicht jeder\u00a0 ins Schwimmbad und zus\u00e4tzlich noch ins Fitnessstudio gehen. Die meisten Leute k\u00f6nnen nur ein paar Stunden pro Woche aufbringen und m\u00fcssen sich zwischen Schwimmen und Fitness-Training au\u00dferhalb des Beckens entscheiden.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du einer dieser Menschen bist, dann ist dieser Artikel f\u00fcr dich. Ab heute stellen wir regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Trainingseinheiten vor, die speziell f\u00fcr Menschen mit wenig Zeit oder solche, die Schwimmen und Fitnesstraining machen wollen, um in Form zu bleiben, entwickelt wurden. Diese Einheiten beinhalten \u00dcbungen im und au\u00dferhalb des Beckens sowie welche, bei denen Schwimmen irgendwie integriert ist. F\u00fcr die \u00dcbungen au\u00dferhalb des Wassers empfehlen wir, eine Sportmatte zu verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die heutige Trainingseinheit beginnt mit<\/strong> dem Aufw\u00e4rmen au\u00dferhalb des Beckens, um Arme, Schultern und Beine zu mobilisieren. <strong>Der zweite Teil<\/strong> konzentriert sich auf die Bauchmuskeln mit vier statischen \u00dcbungen, die im Zirkel absolviert werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der dritte Teil<\/strong> (Hauptteil) ist ein weiterer Zirkel mit vier \u00dcbungen (jeweils 10 Wiederholungen), die sich auf den Oberk\u00f6rper und die Beine konzentrieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der vierte Teil<\/strong> wird komplett im Becken ausgef\u00fchrt: Er beginnt mit langen, entspannten Schwimmz\u00fcgen, bei denen du dich auf die Beine konzentrierst, gefolgt von einem intensiveren Teil, um die Atemfrequenz zu erh\u00f6hen.
