Ein Tag hat nie gen\u00fcgend Stunden, wir sind immer in Eile und g\u00f6nnen uns nur nach einem Wettkampf oder einer besonderen Veranstaltung eine l\u00e4ngere Pause. Dabei ist Schlaf absolut lebensnotwendig und spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei unserer sportlichen Leistung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie viele Stunden Schlaf wir brauchen, ist subjektiv und h\u00e4ngt von vielen verschiedenen Faktoren ab<\/strong>. In erster Linie von unserem Stoffwechsel, aber auch davon, wie lange wir uns erholen und wie lange wir trainieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aber warum ist Schlaf so wichtig f\u00fcr ein gutes Training?<\/strong> Er hilft uns, unsere Kraft wiederherzustellen, denn der K\u00f6rper hat nun Zeit, das Wachstumshormon zu produzieren, welches erforderlich ist, um besch\u00e4digtes Gewebe zu reparieren. Schlaf hilft uns auch, unseren Geist zu entspannen, was ein Schl\u00fcsselfaktor f\u00fcr die Konzentration darstellt. Aber nicht jeder hat genug Zeit f\u00fcr diese physiologische Aktivit\u00e4t: Wir schlafen nicht lange genug, wir schlafen schlecht, wir f\u00fchlen uns m\u00fcde, noch bevor wir das Training begonnen haben, wir fallen nach einem Workout v\u00f6llig ersch\u00f6pft aufs Sofa und kreieren einen Teufelskreis schlafloser oder unruhiger N\u00e4chte.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn uns der Powernap vor oder nach dem Training nur noch antriebsloser macht und die M\u00fcdigkeit unseren Alltag beeinflusst, dann ist es h\u00f6chste Zeit, ausreichend Schlaf in den Alltag zu integrieren. Es kann enorm helfen, jeden Tag gleich lang zu schlafen; sprich jeden Abend zur selben Zeit ins Bett zu gehen. Dadurch schaffen wir eine Routine, die unserem K\u00f6rper vermittelt, wann er Ruhe braucht. Macht man das nicht, k\u00f6nnen daraus permanente Jetlag-artige Symptome resultieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ebenso wichtig f\u00fcr die Entspannung ist, dass man nicht zu sp\u00e4t am Tag trainiert.<\/strong> Denn die Endorphine, die beim Training freigegeben werden, machen uns auch noch lange Zeit danach unruhig und aufgeregt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jetzt musst du nur noch festlegen, wie viele Stunden Schlaf du brauchst.<\/strong> Das l\u00e4sst sich am Besten im Urlaub herausfinden, indem du ins Bett gehst, wenn du m\u00fcde bist und aufwachst, wenn dein K\u00f6rper daf\u00fcr bereit ist \u2013 und nicht wenn der Wecker dich dazu zwingt.
