Nach drei Monaten Schwimmen konnten verschiedene Verbesserungen festgestellt werden: Der systolische Blutdruck sank und die Carotis-Arterie wurde flexibler, so dass sie effektiver pumpen konnte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>DEIN HERZ WIRD L\u00c4CHELN UND DANKE SAGEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Schwimmen ist vor allem eine aerobe Aktivit\u00e4t mit zahreichen Vorteilen f\u00fcr das Herz-Kreislauf-System.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du regelm\u00e4\u00dfig und konsequent schwimmst (ich rate zwei- oder dreimal pro Woche), gew\u00f6hnt sich dein Herzmuskel daran, weniger Sauerstoff und Energie zu verbrauchen und schl\u00e4gt daher langsamer.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat das Schwimmen aber auch folgende Auswirkungen auf dein Herz:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Es wird gr\u00f6\u00dfer.<\/li>\n<li>Die Kapazit\u00e4t der linken Kammer erh\u00f6ht sich.<\/li>\n<li>Es kontrahiert schneller und effektiver.<\/li>\n<li>Die Quantit\u00e4t und Qualit\u00e4t deiner Koronararterien, die das Blut zu deinem Herzen transportieren, erh\u00f6ht sich.<\/li>\n<li>Der Cholesterinspiegel sinkt.<\/li>\n<li>Es reguliert den Blutzuckerspiegel effektiver.<\/li>\n<li>Der Blutdruck sinkt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>N\u00dcTZLICHE TIPPS, UM K\u00d6RPERLICHE PROBLEME ZU VERMEIDEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Da das Schwimmen enorme k\u00f6rperliche Anstrengung erfordert, empfehle ich dir, eine medizinische Untersuchung mit einem Elektrokardiogramm (idealerweise unter Anstrengung) durchzuf\u00fchren. Das Geld und die Zeit sind sinnvoll investiert, denn es hilft, deine Gesundheit zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Immer mit der Ruhe:<\/strong> Lieber Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt beginnen, als es gleich zu \u00fcbertreiben oder einen neuen Weltrekord \u00fcber 50 m Freistil aufstellen zu wollen. Versuche, die gesamte Schwimmzeit ein konstantes Tempo beizubehalten und mindestens 40\/45 Minuten Energie und Kalorien zu verbrauchen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Herzfrequenz sollte unter dem Maximum bleiben,<\/strong> was bei einer nicht trainierten Person ohne Herz-Kreislauf-Probleme bei etwa 120 bpm liegt. Wer keinen Pulsmesser hat, kann die Herzfrequenz mit dem Zeige- oder Mittelfinger \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Einfach auf die Pulsader legen, die Anzahl der Schl\u00e4ge pro 15 Sekunden z\u00e4hlen und dann diese Zahl mit vier multiplizieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ruhepausen nicht vergessen:<\/strong> Die Erholungsphase ist wirklich wichtig. Wenn die Herzfrequenz dann rasch sinkt, ist alles in Ordnung,. Wenn sie aber lange braucht, um wieder auf ein normales Niveau zu kommen, erholst du dich nicht ausreichend.
