Es bietet eine gute Alternative zu Reis, \u00fcberzeugt mit einem hohen Proteingehalt und ist au\u00dferdem eine ausgezeichnete Quelle f\u00fcr Kohlenhydrate, Vitamine und Mineralien. Quinoa kann als Hauptmahlzeit gegessen werden oder auch als Salat. Mein pers\u00f6nlicher Tipp f\u00fcr den Sommer: Quinoasalat mit Tomaten und Oliven.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_71045\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-71045\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-71045 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/peanuts-2-700x366.jpg\" alt=\"peanuts\" width=\"700\" height=\"366\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-71045\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">&#8222;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/usdagov\/15031804271\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">peanuts<\/a>&#8220;\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by\/2.0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"license noopener noreferrer\">CC BY 2.0<\/a>)\u00a0by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/people\/usdagov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"cc:attributionurl noopener noreferrer\">USDAgov<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Auch empfehlenswert sind <strong>N\u00fcsse<\/strong>. Sie gelten als ausgezeichnete Protein-Quelle und liefern dem K\u00f6rper die unges\u00e4ttigten Fette &#8211; oder mit anderen Worten, die &#8222;guten&#8220; Fette (die ber\u00fchmten Omega3s und Omega6s) &#8211; die er braucht und die gut f\u00fcr ihn sind. Jeden Tag eine kleine Portion, vorzugsweise zwischen den Mahlzeiten, ist ideal. Dasselbe gilt \u00fcbrigens auch f\u00fcr getrocknete Fr\u00fcchte. Wenn du besonders gern Erdn\u00fcsse magst, kannst du dir als Snack vor dem Training (mindestens eineinhalb Stunden davor) ein Brot mit Erdnussbutter schmieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-71077 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/chocolate-183543_1920-700x366.jpg\" alt=\"chocolate-183543_1920\" width=\"700\" height=\"366\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vegane Schwimmer k\u00f6nnen au\u00dferdem getrost zu <strong>dunkler Schokolade<\/strong> greifen. Sie hat starke antioxidierende Eigenschaften und ist gut f\u00fcr das Herz-Kreislauf-System. Der Kakaogehalt sollte dabei mindestens 65% betragen.
