Stretching und \u00dcbungen, die Verletzungen vorbeugen, haben scheinbar einen schlechten Ruf, denn nur sehr selten sieht man einen Amateur-Schwimmer nach seinem Training noch \u00dcbungen am Beckenrand machen\u2026 und wenn doch, wird er oft bel\u00e4chelt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eHast du den Typen gesehen\u2026. der ist wirklich komisch\u201c, sagen die Gesichter der Leute.<\/p>\n<h2>Bewegliche Gelenke, Rumpfstabilit\u00e4t und Dehn\u00fcbungen werden mehr und mehr als verschwendete Energie f\u00fcr Schwimmer angesehen. Aber das ist weit gefehlt!<\/h2>\n<p>Auch bei solchen \u00dcbungen ist eine gute K\u00f6rperkontrolle wichtig.<\/p>\n<p>Je besser du deine Bewegungen unter Kontrolle hast, desto effektiver sind die \u00dcbungen.<\/p>\n<p>Deine Schultern sind die \u201eempfindlichsten\u201c und kompliziertesten Gelenke, die du aktivieren und aufw\u00e4rmen musst. Dehnungs\u00fcbungen, wie zum Beispiel alternierende oder gleichzeitige Schulterrotationen, sind Teil einer Serie wichtiger dynamischer Bewegungen, die erst langsam und dann schneller ausgef\u00fchrt werden sollten.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zu Schulter\u00fcbungen gibt es noch andere weniger spezifische Bewegungen, um die Arme und den Oberk\u00f6rper aufzuw\u00e4rmen.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00dcbungen f\u00fcr die Rumpfmuskulatur sind dazu da, um die Muskeln aufzuw\u00e4rmen und sie auf die\u00a0 richtige Art und Weise zu bewegen. Das verleiht dir mehr Kontrolle \u00fcber deinen gesamten K\u00f6rper und kr\u00e4ftigt ihn.<\/h2>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich m\u00fcssen auch die leichtesten \u00dcbungen, wie z.B. Armrotationen, richtig ausgef\u00fchrt werden, um falsche Bewegungsabl\u00e4ufe zu vermeiden, die zu langwierigen Verletzungen f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen. Ich empfehle immer, sich von einem Trainer zeigen zu lassen, wie solche \u00dcbungen richtig ausgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In K\u00fcrze schauen wir uns ein paar praktische Beispielen an.
