Au\u00dferdem ist es schwer, eine &#8222;gute Performance\u201c \u00fcber kurze Strecken abzurufen, denn winzige Details k\u00f6nnen den Unterschied machen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hat der geborene Sprinter einen speziellen K\u00f6rpertyp?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6rperbau ist ein wichtiger Faktor f\u00fcr Wettkampfschwimmer bei der Wahl ihrer idealen Distanz, aber auf Amateur-Ebene spielt das keine Rolle.<\/p>\n<p>Bevorzugst du kurze Strecken, magst du Trainingspl\u00e4ne voller Geschwindigkeits-\u00dcbungen und langweilst du dich, wenn du mehr als 100 Meter am St\u00fcck schwimmst? Dann bist du vielleicht ein Sprinter \u2013 aber denk nicht, dass dein Training deshalb ein Kinderspiel sein wird.<\/p>\n<p>Wie bei allen Schwimmstilen ist die Technik entscheidend, egal ob du Schnelligkeit oder aerobe Kapazit\u00e4t entwickeln m\u00f6chtest. Wie gesagt: Jedes kleinste Detail kann den Unterschied machen. Das gilt umso mehr, je k\u00fcrzer die Strecke ist.<\/p>\n<p>Hypoxie oder, anders gesagt, Geschwindigkeitstraining ohne oder mit nicht ausreichend Sauerstoff, ist ein weiterer wichtiger Faktor, .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trainiere erst mit einem Schnorchel, dann ganz ohne zu atmen.<\/strong> Das ist \u00e4u\u00dferst effektiv und hilft dir dabei, deinen Schwimmzug und deine Wasserlage zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>Bei dieser Art von Training schwimmst du kurze Strecken mit maximaler Frequenz und Geschwindigkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Geschwindigkeitstraining erfordert sehr viel, fast qu\u00e4lende Pr\u00e4zision.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das Aufw\u00e4rmen au\u00dferhalb des Wassers ist besonders wichtig.<\/strong> Um dich richtig zu dehnen,&nbsp; kannst du mit Terrab\u00e4ndern arbeiten.
