Heute schauen wir uns ein paar n\u00fctzliche \u00dcbungen an.<\/p>\n<p>Die Schulter ist das komplizierteste Gelenk des K\u00f6rpers. Sie muss richtig gedehnt und aufgew\u00e4rmt werden. Am besten funktioniert das mit rotierenden Bewegungen. So kannst du \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, ob du sie richtig machst &#8211; vor allem, wenn du nicht mit einem Trainer trainierst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Danach gehen wir zu \u00dcbungen f\u00fcr den restlichen K\u00f6rper \u00fcber:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>8.<\/strong> Lehne dich mit dem Oberk\u00f6rper nach vorne. Achte darauf, dass deine Beine etwas auseinander stehen und leicht gebeugt sind.
