Dann bist du mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit ein Langstreckenschwimmer. Aber es steckt so viel mehr dahinter, als es der Name vermuten l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Ausdauersportler braucht aufgrund des monotonen Trainings andere psychologische Reize als ein Sprinter. Er ist geistig tougher und kann k\u00f6rperliche Schmerzen und Ersch\u00f6pfung besser aushalten. Dadurch schafft er es leichter, \u00fcber sich hinauszuwachsen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr Ausdauerschwimmer ist es besonders wichtig, die Herzfrequenz zu \u00fcberwachen, um in der richtigen Intensit\u00e4t zu trainieren.<\/strong> Wie man das macht? Lege nach dem Training zwei Finger an deinem Hals, neben die Luftr\u00f6hre, und \u00fcberpr\u00fcfe mit einer Uhr die Anzahl an Herzschl\u00e4gen in 10 Sekunden. Multipliziere diese Zahl mit sechs und du hast deine Herzfrequenz pro Minute.<\/p>\n<p>Trainingshilfen wie <strong>Hand-Paddel<\/strong>, <strong>Finger-Paddel<\/strong>, ein <strong>Pullkick<\/strong> (oder <strong>Pullkick Pro<\/strong>) und<strong> Swim Keel<\/strong> erh\u00f6hen nicht nur die Intensit\u00e4t des Trainings, sondern sorgen auch f\u00fcr etwas Abwechslung!<\/p>\n<p>Wie f\u00fcr fast jeden Sportler ist es nat\u00fcrlich auch f\u00fcr Langstreckenschwimmer empfehlenswert, vorher ein paar Dehn- und Aufw\u00e4rm\u00fcbungen zu machen, zum Beispiel mit elastischen B\u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n<p>Bist du dir sicher, dass Ausdauertraining das richtige f\u00fcr dich ist?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Was sind charakteristische Merkmale eines Ausdauersportlers und wie sieht das ideale Training aus?
