In diesem speziellen Wettkampf m\u00fcssen insgesamt vier Teilstrecken in jeweils einer der vier Disziplinen absolviert werden. Die Reihenfolge ist dabei wie folgt: Schmetterlingsschwimmen, R\u00fcckenschwimmen, Brustschwimmen, Freistil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GESCHICHTLICHER \u00dcBERBLICK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der erste Wettkampf im Lagenschwimmen fand 1952 statt. Da es damals noch keinen Unterschied zwischen Brustschwimmen und Schmetterlingsschwimmen gab, waren nur R\u00fcckenschwimmen, Brustschwimmen und Kraulen gefordert. Ein Jahr sp\u00e4ter wurde in den USA das Schmetterlingsschwimmen als forderste Disziplin hinzugef\u00fcgt. Kurz darauf machte es die Amateur Athletic Union (Verband der Amateur-Athleten) zur Pflicht und damit das Lagenschwimmen zu dem, was es heute ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>START<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Da die erste Disziplin das Schmetterlingsschwimmen ist, beginnt das Lagenschwimmen vom Startblock aus, an der Stirnseite des Beckens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WECHSEL DES SCHWIMMSTILS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das charakteristische am Lagenschwimmen ist, dass du nach jedem Viertel der Gesamtstrecke den Schwimmstil \u00e4nderst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der erste Wechsel<\/strong> <strong>von Schmetterlingsschwimmen auf R\u00fcckenschwimmen<\/strong> erfordert eine gew\u00f6hnliche Schmetterlings-Wende (nachdem du den Beckenrand mit beiden H\u00e4nden gleichzeitig ber\u00fchrst, ziehst du deine Knie schnell an deine Brust, platzierst deine Zehen am Beckenrand und st\u00f6\u00dft dich ab). Nachdem du dich abgesto\u00dfen hast, solltest du dich in R\u00fcckenlage befinden, sodass du mit dem R\u00fcckenschwimmen weitermachen kannst.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\" style=\"position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; padding-top: 30px; height: 0; overflow: hidden;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/o3oHI7Hjp_k\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der zweite Wechsel von R\u00fcckenschwimmen auf Brustschwimmen<\/strong> ist etwas komplizierter. In diesem Fall ber\u00fchrst du den Beckenrand, w\u00e4hrend du dich noch auf dem R\u00fccken befindest oder schon auf eine Seite gedreht hast, mit einer Hand. Aber Vorsicht, nicht schon zu weit eindrehen, sonst wirst du disqualifiziert.
