Nein, hier geht es nicht darum, wie man sich im Wasser bewegen kann, sondern was es f\u00fcr eine Bedeutung in einem ausgewogenen Ern\u00e4hrungs- und Bewegungsplan hat und warum &#8222;viel Wasser trinken&#8220; immer wieder empfohlen wird.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Viel Trinken allein f\u00fchrt entgegen der allgemeinen Volksweisheit nicht automatisch zu Gewichtsverlust.<\/strong> Das w\u00e4re etwas zu einfach, findest du nicht? Eine hohe Hydration des K\u00f6rpers unterst\u00fctzt aber eine auf (1) eine gesunde, ausgewogene Ern\u00e4hrung und (2) einem regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen und professionell erstellten Workout-Plan basierende Di\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das Trinken hat zudem eine nat\u00fcrliche thermogene Wirkung<\/strong>, denn wir f\u00fchren unserem K\u00f6rper eine Fl\u00fcssigkeit zu, die k\u00e4lter ist als unsere normale K\u00f6rpertemperatur (37 \u00b0 C). Das aktiviert den Organismus, denn er muss der Abk\u00fchlung entgegenwirken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nach dem Trinken musst du auf die Toilette<\/strong>. Urin, der den K\u00f6rper verl\u00e4sst, ist warm, somit senkt das Wasserlassen die K\u00f6rpertemperatur. Das aktiviert wieder den Organismus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Durch die regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Zufuhr von ausreichend Wasser werden auch die K\u00f6rperzellen hydratisiert.<\/strong> Das verbessert den Fl\u00fcssigkeitshaushalt innerhalb und au\u00dferhalb der Zellen (intra- und extrazellul\u00e4r). Auch unsere Gesundheit ist ma\u00dfgeblich betroffen, denn der menschliche K\u00f6rper besteht etwa zu 70% aus Wasser und alle Hauptfunktionen des K\u00f6rpers arbeiten besser, wenn sie gut hydratisiert sind. Es wirkt sich au\u00dferdem positiv auf die Zusammensetzung des K\u00f6rpers aus sowie auf seine F\u00e4higkeit, Wasser zu speichern und hormonelle Schwankungen auszugleichen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was die externen Effekte betrifft (die schnell und unmittelbar sichtbaren)<\/strong>, so sorgt eine hohe Fl\u00fcssigkeitszufuhr daf\u00fcr, dass du dich weniger schlapp und m\u00fcde f\u00fchlst, mehr Energie hast und sogar deine Haut weicher wird. All dies steckt in einer einfachen Flasche Wasser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vergiss Cremes, Gesichtsmasken oder wundersame Infusionen<\/strong>, die versprechen, Schwellungen zu reduzieren, dich schlanker zu machen oder Dellen an den Beinen zu gl\u00e4tten. Auch thermogene Fettverbrenner oder irgendwelche Mittel, die den Stoffwechsel beschleunigen sollen, sind nutzlos, wenn du nicht zus\u00e4tzlich jeden Tag genug Wasser trinkst. Versuche, die Menge an Wasser, die du t\u00e4glich trinkst, schrittweise zu erh\u00f6hen, und du wirst den Unterschied sehen.<\/p>\n<p>Und &#8230; vergiss den wichtigen Hinweis am Anfang des Artikels nicht!
