Vom Schwimmkurs des Neugeborenen bis hin zum Senioren, vom Vorwettkampf bis hin zum Wettkampf, vom Teenager bis zum Meister, man h\u00f6rt nie auf \u201ewettzueifern\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Heute dreht sich alles um Senioren, die sich fit halten wollen.<\/strong> Wir sprechen also nicht von Athleten, die konstant und altersgerecht wetteifern und trainieren, sondern in erster Linie von Freizeitschwimmern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unbedingte Priorit\u00e4t ist es k\u00f6rperliches Wohlbefinden vor und nach dem Schwimmen anzustreben.<\/strong> \u00c4ltere Personen sollten vor dem Eintauchen ins Wasser eine Reihe leichter Dehnungs\u00fcbungen durchf\u00fchren, die f\u00fcr das Erw\u00e4rmen und der Vermeidung von Verletzungen notwendig sind.<\/p>\n<p>Der Ablauf im Wasser mu\u03b2 langsam und kontinuierlich sein.<\/p>\n<p>Wir schlagen folgenden Trainingsablauf vor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200m Freistilschwimmen<\/li>\n<li>100m Brustschwimmen<\/li>\n<li>100m R\u00fcckenschwimmen<\/li>\n<li>200m Beinschwimmen nach Belieben<\/li>\n<li>200m Armschwimmen nach Belieben<\/li>\n<li>300m Freistil<\/li>\n<li>100m nach Belieben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beendet das Training mit einer \u00dcbung zum Abk\u00fchlen auf dem Trockenen und mit einer Dusche\u2026 Wir w\u00fcnschen ein gutes Training!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Schwimmen ist heute der Sport, der in Europa am h\u00e4ufigsten von sogenannten &#8222;Amateuren&#8220; ausgef\u00fchrt wird.
