Er kann auch zu k\u00f6rperlichen Beschwerden wie Bluthochdruck, Herzerkrankungen, Geschw\u00fcren und Sch\u00e4den an deinem Immunsystem f\u00fchren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Wie kann Schwimmen den Stress abbauen?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hier kann das Schwimmen ein guter und n\u00fctzlicher Verb\u00fcndeter sein.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tats\u00e4chlich sind wir als Babys umgeben von der Fl\u00fcssigkeit der Fruchtblase, welche uns wiegt und n\u00e4hrt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hier gibt es wenige Ger\u00e4usche, au\u03b2er des Herzschlages der Mutter. Genau das ist es! Ins Wasser eintauchen, hei\u00dft zu den Urspr\u00fcngen zur\u00fcckzukehren. Ohne L\u00e4rm sich im eigenen Herzschlag wiegen. Endlich ein bisschen Ruhe!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lass die Gedanken hinter dir, dein Handy im Schlie\u00dffach und nutze diesen Moment des Schwimmens als eine Gelegenheit &#8222;den Stecker zu ziehen&#8220; und den Druck des Tages vom Wasser fern zu halten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Wie wirkt sich das Schwimmen auf unser Gehirn aus?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eine k\u00fcrzlich vom British Journal of Psychiatry an 40.000 Menschen durchgef\u00fchrte Studie hat gezeigt, wie durch aerobe Aktivit\u00e4t, insbesondere Schwimmen, der Kopf sich vom Stress, verschiedenen \u00c4ngsten und Nervosit\u00e4t befreit.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schwimmen stimuliert die Produktion von Endorphinen und sorgt daher f\u00fcr gute Laune und eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Widerstandskraft gegen Schmerzen. Regelm\u00e4\u00dfiges Schwimmen kann, dank der rhythmischen und tiefwirkenden Massage des Wassers, helfen Spannungszust\u00e4nde und Depressionen zu \u00fcberwinden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der K\u00f6rper erreicht dabei tiefe Entspannungsstufen, wodurch sich deine Konzentration verbessern und steigern kann.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus profitiert auch der Schlaf, dank der Muskelentspannung und wohltuender Anstrengung im Pool, von dieser Aktivit\u00e4t.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Praktische Tipps f\u00fcr dein Schwimmen.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bist du ein erfahrener und \/ oder autonomer Schwimmer geh\u2019 mindestens zweimal pro Woche f\u00fcr nicht weniger als 40 Minuten in den Pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Falls m\u00f6glich geh\u2019 am Besten am Morgen noch bevor du irgendeine andere Aktivit\u00e4t beginnst, ansonsten am Abend bevor du nach Hause zur\u00fcckkehrst.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00dcbst du diesen Sport erst seit kurzem aus oder bist nicht autonom und sicher, dann nimm am Besten an einem Kurs mit einem guten Trainer teil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Rat und die Anweisungen, die du erh\u00e4ltst und die gegebene H\u00e4ufigkeit des Trainings (wir empfehlen zwei mal die Woche), verbessert dein Schwimmen und macht dich als Person selbstbewusster und motivierter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00dcbungsvorschlag<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lege dich am Ende des Schwimmens wie ein &#8222;Stern&#8220;, mit dem Bauch nach oben und lass dich treiben.
