{"id":69294,"date":"2018-06-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-06-19T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/unkategorisiert\/eine-frage-der-beine\/"},"modified":"2018-06-19T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2018-06-19T00:00:00","slug":"eine-frage-der-beine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/de\/training-technik\/eine-frage-der-beine\/","title":{"rendered":"Eine Frage der\u2026 BEINE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heute ist unser Thema der Einsatz der Beine und wir schlagen einige spezifische \u00dcbungen zur Beinarbeit vor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Beine, besonders f\u00fcr M\u00e4nner im Erwachsenenalter, werden schnell zu &#8222;Ballast&#8220;!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eindrucksvolle Muskelmasse, die bei falscher Anwendung das Energiereservoir aufbraucht und den Amateursportler v\u00f6llig ohne Kraft l\u00e4sst.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es gibt keine Wunderl\u00f6sung, die uns sofort lehrt die Beine richtig zu benutzen, aber mit etwas \u00dcbung, sowohl auf dem Trockenen als auch im Wasser, werden wir den Verlauf des Schwimmtrainings im Pool erleichtern.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Beginnen wir mit den Trocken\u00fcbungen:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 20 Sek. auf der Stelle joggen<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; immer noch auf der Stelle joggen, abwechselnd 5 Sek. normal und 5 Sek. mit Beugung der Beine<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 10 Kniebeugen<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 10 Ausfallschritte abwechselnd rechtes Bein und linkes Bein<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 10 Zehenspitzentippen, eventuell mit einer Erh\u00f6hung (Stufe) um den Zwillingswadenmuskel in der Verl\u00e4ngerung anzuregen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Weiter gehts mit den \u00dcbungen im Wasser:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; R\u00fcckenschwimmbeinschlag abgewechselt mit Brustbeinschlag<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; mit der Brust auf dem Pullkick Schwimmbrett, halb aufrechte Position, Fahrradbewegung der Beine<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Freistil Beinarbeit<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; mit der Brust auf dem Pullkick Schwimmbrett, Beine der Sitzposition, R\u00fcckenschwimmbeinschlag<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; konstant sitzend Brustbeinschlag<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kurz gesagt, so bringt ihr eure Beineeeeeeeee in Schwung!<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Heute ist unser Thema der Einsatz der Beine und wir schlagen einige spezifische \u00dcbungen zur Beinarbeit vor.
