Wenn du die 25m gem\u00e4\u00df unserer Anleitung geschwommen bist, dann sollte die letzte Runde, in der du die Finger geringf\u00fcgig gespreizt hast, diejenige mit den wenigsten Z\u00fcgen gewesen sein. Bei dieser Methode arbeitest du mit einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Verdr\u00e4ngungsfl\u00e4che im Wasser, im Vergleich zu den anderen drei. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um die Haltung der Finger beim Armzug w\u00e4hrend der Unterwasserphase zu verbessern, versuche diese zwei \u00dcbungen:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>1. \u201eZip-Up Freestyle Technik\u201c mit <\/strong><\/span><b>Finger Paddles.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mithilfe dieses gro\u00dfartigen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenasport.com\/de_de\/frauen\/equipment\/schwimmausrustung.html\">Tools<\/a> entlastest du deine Schultern und kannst dich ganz auf die Bewegungsausf\u00fchrung konzentrieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Um deinen Kraularmzug zu verbessern, trage die Finger Paddles und versuche die \u201eZip-Up Freestyle Technik\u201c<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Beginne mit deinen Armen vor dir parallel gestreckt und einem Zug mit nur einem Arm, wobei du dich zuerst auf die Zugkraft konzentrierst. An dem Punkt, wo dein Arm entlang deinem K\u00f6rper gestreckt ist, lenke deine Aufmerksamkeit auf die Erholungsphase. Einfach gesagt, als w\u00fcrdest du im Wasser winken. <strong>Halte deinen K\u00f6rper flach und versuche so wenig Reibung wie m\u00f6glich mit dem Wasser zu erzeugen<\/strong>. Du kannst auch einen Schnorchel verwenden.
