Flossen unterst\u00fctzen die Vorw\u00e4rtsbewegung und verst\u00e4rken die Wirkung deines Beinschlags, sie erleichtern aber auch die Erholung und k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr das aerobe Training verwendet werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ein Schnorchel wird vor allem f\u00fcr technische \u00dcbungseinheiten verwendet, ist aber auch zur Unterst\u00fctzung beim Atmen und zur Ausrichtung des K\u00f6rpers im Wasser hilfreich.<\/strong> Die Ausrichtung deines K\u00f6rpers ist besonders wichtig f\u00fcr die Verbesserung deiner Technik. Der erste Schritt dabei ist, deine K\u00f6rperposition zu halten, ohne Probleme mit der Atmung zu bekommen. Du kannst versuchen, mit Hilfe eines Schnorchels an der Technik deiner \u00dcbungen zu arbeiten und dich so ganz darauf konzentrieren, dein gesamtes Training so effektiv wie m\u00f6glich durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Hier ist ein Beispiel f\u00fcr ein Training mit Flossen:<\/strong> Nach dem \u00fcblichen Aufw\u00e4rmen, schwimme mit etwas h\u00f6herer Intensit\u00e4t und einem Schnorchel, zieh deine Flossen an und schwimm etwas kr\u00e4ftiger \u00fcber ungef\u00e4hr 100 Meter mit R\u00fcckenschwimm-Beinschl\u00e4gen, um deine Kn\u00f6chel \u201ezu lockern\u201c. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>So funktioniert das Training:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8 x 25 Schmetterlings-Beinschlag auf dem R\u00fccken, 15 sec Erholung<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10 x 50 Freistil mit Flossen, 15 sec Erholung<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12 x 25 mit Flossen (kein Brustschwimmen)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 R\u00fcckenschwimmen mit Flossen<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 Brustschwimmen (ohne Flossen!) um schneller das Gef\u00fchl nur mit den F\u00fc\u00dfen zu schwimmen zur\u00fcck zu bekommen<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also, von nun an vergewissere dich, deine Flossen und Schnorchel immer mit dabei zu haben\u2026 und genie\u00dfe dein Training!<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die wohl beliebtesten Schwimmhilfen sind kurze Flossen und Schnorchel.
