Machen wir\u00b4s einfach.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>W\u00e4hrend einer aeroben Session wird bei gleichbleibendem Tempo mit einer maximalen HR von 140\/150 Schl\u00e4gen pro Minute f\u00fcr 20\/30 Minuten geschwommen<\/strong>, ohne deinen Schwimmstil zu ver\u00e4ndern. Eine Session mit hoher Belastungsintensit\u00e4t dauert nicht so lange (10\/20 Minuten) und du solltest deine Herzrate zwischen 150 und 170 halten.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Unter dem Gesichtspunkt, dass Langstreckenschwimmer vorwiegend Freistil schwimmen<\/strong> \u2013 wir meinen den \u201eGro\u00dfteil\u201c der Session \u2013 findet ihr hier ein entsprechendes Training:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">300 Aufw\u00e4rmen, Stil frei w\u00e4hlbar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12 x 25 mit Fokus auf Verbesserung der Freistil-Technik (10 sec Pause)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8 x 50 Freistil, mit etwas h\u00f6herer Intensit\u00e4t und kurzer Erholungsphase (5 sec) mit durchschnittlicher Intensit\u00e4t<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 Sets: 50\/100\/150\/200\/150\/100\/50 mit Erholungsphasen gem\u00e4\u00df den geschwommenen Distanzen +5 sec\/+10 sec\/+15 sec\/+20 sec und einer HR nie \u00fcber 150\/160 Schl\u00e4gen pro Minute<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 gem\u00e4\u00dfigt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8 x 25 mit Fokus auf die Freistil-Technik, wobei du dich bereits langsam m\u00fcde f\u00fchlst<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 gem\u00e4\u00dfigt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a08 x 50 Freistil mit 10 sec Erholung<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3500 Meter gesamt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Viel Spa\u00df beim Training!<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Liebe Langstreckenschwimmer, hier sind wir wieder!
