Eingeh\u00fcllt in der warmen Bettdecke aufzuwachen, ist ein so wundersch\u00f6nes Gef\u00fchl, dass ich kaum die Motivation finden kann, aufzustehen. Das gilt umso mehr, wenn der Grund des eine Stunde fr\u00fcher klingelnden Weckers, die Fahrt zur Schwimmhalle ist. Also vom Bett ins meist kalte Wasser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als ich dann langsam meine anf\u00e4ngliche Skepsis \u00fcberwunden hatte, entdeckte ich das \u201cSchwimmen am Morgen\u201d als meinen \u201cLieblingskaffee\u201d. Sozusagen mein meist anregendes &#8222;Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck&#8220;. Heute erz\u00e4hle ich dir von meinen Tricks, um am Morgen ohne Probleme aus dem Bett zu steigen!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b># 1 Bereite alles was du brauchst am Abend vorher vor <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Aussicht auf den morgendlichen Weckalarm ist unleugbar bereits eine gro\u00dfe Anstrengung. Ist jedoch deine Tasche am Tag vor dem Training gepackt, wirst du dich eher bereit f\u00fchlen (zumindest ein wenig) aufzustehen!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b># 2 Trete einer Gruppe bei<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn der Verrat deiner guten Absichten kein ausreichender Grund ist ein Training zu verpassen, kann der Zusammenschluss mit Anderen hilfreich sein. Normalerweise trifft man am Morgen stets die gleichen Personen in der Schwimmhalle. Versuch Kontakte zu kn\u00fcpfen und Teil einer Gruppe zu werden mit der du Termine vereinbarst um gemeinsam zu trainieren. Anderen gegen\u00fcber verpflichtet zu sein, kann sich als gro\u00dfer Anreiz erweisen!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b># 3 Denk \u00fcber das Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck nach<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die hei\u00dfe Dusche w\u00e4re nicht so angenehm, k\u00e4me vorher nicht das Training im kalten Wasser und das Ausruhen w\u00e4re nicht so angenehm, k\u00e4me vorher nicht das Training. Auf dieselbe Weise hat das Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck einen v\u00f6llig anderen Geschmack, wenn du es auf nach der Anstrengung verlegst. Sollte dein Ziel die Gewichtsabnahme sein, kannst du dich au\u00dferdem mit einer kleinen S\u00fc\u00dfigkeit und einem Teel\u00f6ffel Zucker extra verw\u00f6hnen ohne dich schuldig f\u00fchlen zu m\u00fcssen!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Habe ich dich \u00fcberzeugt?
