Stelle dabei sicher, dass sich deine H\u00e4nde immer in einer Linie mit deinen Schultern befinden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00e4hrend du ausatmest, strecke deine Arme vor dir gerade aus und dein Blick ist nach unten gerichtet.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Einige Schwimmer atmen w\u00e4hrend jedem Schwimmzug, andere bevorzugen nur jeden zweiten. Das h\u00e4ngt von deiner Erfahrung ab.
