This exercise will help you to slow down your breathing and gain <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">better breath control<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simply inhale slowly through your nose, and then, exhale as slowly as you can through pursed lips. The exhale should take at least twice as long as the inhale did. This exercise can be repeated as many times as you desire.
