Las sesiones t\u00e9cnicas tambi\u00e9n exigen un enfoque meticuloso y diligente. La energ\u00eda para ponerse a ello reside en la mente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El principal problema es la dificultad para medir este tipo de esfuerzo. Por ejemplo, el ritmo card\u00edaco es una respuesta instant\u00e1nea al esfuerzo. Sin embargo, la cabeza no funciona as\u00ed. Intenta dar con alguna clave mental para mejorar. Supera ese estado de \u00e1nimo con peque\u00f1os pasos, fij\u00e1ndote objetivos a corto plazo que sean m\u00e1s realistas y alcanzables.<\/p>\n<h3>Exam\u00ednate sin prejuicios<\/h3>\n<p>Habla, pregunta e interact\u00faa con las personas con las que entrenas y con tu entrenador. Estar a la defensiva en los momentos dif\u00edciles no te ayudar\u00e1 a superar los obst\u00e1culos. Al contrario, entender d\u00f3nde y c\u00f3mo puedes mejorar te dar\u00e1 el impulso emocional adecuado.<\/p>\n<h3>Ponte a prueba<\/h3>\n<p>Salir de tu \u00abzona de confort\u00bb es la \u00fanica forma de comprobar la eficacia del entrenamiento. Planifica una carrera, una contrarreloj o una prueba que te permita ver los progresos que has hecho o los puntos d\u00e9biles que necesitas trabajar.<\/p>\n<p>Hacerte m\u00e1s fuerte mentalmente te ayudar\u00e1 a adaptar tu enfoque a diferentes situaciones, permiti\u00e9ndote, por ejemplo, mejorar la brazada (si es necesario) o sacar fuerzas de flaqueza justo cuando lo necesitas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfSab\u00edas que el cerebro gestiona el esfuerzo de una manera que no siempre diriges conscientemente?<br \/>\nSeg\u00fan la \u00abTeor\u00eda del Gobernador Central \u00bb*, el cerebro emplea una combinaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n consciente, subconsciente y fisiol\u00f3gica para controlar los m\u00fasculos y detenerlos antes de llegar al agotamiento.
