Aumentar la fuerza de la parte superior del cuerpo<br \/>\n3. Mejorar tu capacidad aer\u00f3bica<\/p>\n<p>Las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenasport.com\/es_es\/004409-palas-de-mano-elite-2.html\">palas<\/a> se utilizan a menudo junto con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenasport.com\/es_es\/006835-freeflow-pullbuoy-ii.html\">pull buoys<\/a> y hay varios tipos disponibles.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Veamos c\u00f3mo usarlas:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Palas Elite Finger<\/h3>\n<p>Las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenasport.com\/95251-elite-finger-paddle.html\"><strong>palas Elite Finger<\/strong><\/a> est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para usarse en los dedos y trabajan los m\u00fasculos de la parte inferior del brazo sin estresar los del hombro. Presta mucha atenci\u00f3n tanto a la fase de captura como al tir\u00f3n final, tomando un breve descanso al final de cada brazada. Despu\u00e9s de completar este ejercicio, nada 4\u00d725 m estilo libre r\u00e1pido sin las palas, concentr\u00e1ndote en la brazada que acabas de probar.<\/p>\n<h3>Palas Elite Hand II<\/h3>\n<p>Las <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenasport.com\/es_es\/004409-palas-de-mano-elite-2.html\">Elite Hand<\/a><\/strong> son planas y perfectas para mejorar tu brazada y aumentar tu potencia. Se ha colocado un gran agujero en el centro para permitir que sientas mejor el agua y la presi\u00f3n que aplicas. En este \u00faltimo caso, los m\u00fasculos del antebrazo y los hombros trabajar\u00e1n m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prueba estos ejercicios:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 6\u00d750 m estilo libre con las palas Elite Hand. Conc\u00e9ntrate en el rango de tu brazada y cuenta el n\u00famero de brazadas que te lleva nadar cincuenta metros; intenta reducir el n\u00famero de brazadas que das para nadarlos.<br \/>\n&#8211; 8\u00d725 m espalda con las palas Elite Hand.
