Esto en t\u00e9rminos de entrenamiento se denomina el principio de la\u00a0 \u201cespecificidad\u201d de los movimientos.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hemos de aclarar que, sinceramente da igual si vives en la playa frente al mejor spot del mundo, eres un raider n\u00f3mada en b\u00fasqueda inalcanzable de adrenalina, o eres un \u201cpro\u201d con grandes recursos, siempre te encontrar\u00e1s en situaciones de ausencia o precariedad de buenas olas. Ni hablar del resto de los mortales que viven a miles de kil\u00f3metros de la costa y experimentan a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o, largos y g\u00e9lidos inviernos!<\/p>\n<p>Es aqu\u00ed donde debes buscar un deporte o\u00a0 actividad alternativa que te permita\u00a0 mantenerte en forma, velar por tu seguridad y realmente disfrutar de tus ba\u00f1os cuando tengas la oportunidad.<\/p>\n<p>Esta actividad por excelencia es la <strong>nataci<\/strong><strong>\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Te cuento por qu\u00e9:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tu elemento es el agua<\/strong><strong>\u2026<\/strong> por lo tanto \u201cnadar\u201d siempre ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s efectivo y m\u00e1s \u201cespec\u00edfico\u201d que correr o pedalear para mejorar o mantener los dos sistemas de obtenci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda necesarios en el surfing : el aer\u00f3bico y el anaer\u00f3<\/p>\n<p><strong>El estilo de crol<\/strong><strong>\u2026<\/strong> es el movimiento, en t\u00e9rminos de biomec\u00e1nica, m\u00e1s parecido a la remada del surfing, por lo tanto la opci\u00f3n ideal para entrenar su eficiencia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Divertirse m<\/strong><strong>\u00e1s<\/strong><strong>\u2026<\/strong>un buen nivel de nataci\u00f3n desarrollar\u00e1 la <strong>r<\/strong>esistencia muscular necesaria para que tus brazos y tronco puedan mantener niveles de exigencia durante largos periodos, pudiendo as\u00ed coger muchas m\u00e1s olas y disfrutar a lo grande de tus ba\u00f1<\/p>\n<p><strong>El rendimiento<\/strong><strong>\u2026<\/strong>el entrenamiento mejorar\u00e1 tu capacidad de obtener y transportar oxigeno a los m\u00fasculos, d\u00e1ndote lugar\u00a0 a llegar antes que tus rivales a tu ola <u>seleccionada<\/u>, mantener niveles de fuerza y potencia durante las maniobras y recuperarte mejor entre ola y ola.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dominar el medio<\/strong>\u2026tu nivel de fitness en el agua, ser\u00e1 determinante a la hora de prevenir situaciones que pongan en riesgo tu seguridad, como por ejemplo un wipeout prolongado, perder la tabla o enfrentarte a una corriente inesperada.<\/p>\n<p>Te cuento d\u00f3nde:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Piscinas<\/strong>: pr\u00e1cticamente la <strong>mejor opci<\/strong><strong>\u00f3n<\/strong> para llevar a cabo una sesi\u00f3n de aprendizaje y entrenamiento.
