Cuenta con dos cualidades que los expertos consideran clave:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Ayuda a los deportistas a reponer l\u00edquidos y estimula la masa muscular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Contiene la medida ideal de carbohidratos y prote\u00ednas que necesitan los m\u00fasculos para recuperar los niveles de gluc\u00f3geno.<\/p>\n<p>Los resultados del estudio se han confirmado en pruebas con ciclistas profesionales. El test ha servido para comprobar lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> El consumo de leche con chocolate mejora el rendimiento del deportista en t\u00e9rminos de fuerza de pedaleo y velocidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Beber leche permite recuperarse del esfuerzo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente que los suplementos convencionales dise\u00f1ados para la recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio demuestra que la leche chocolateada contiene carbohidratos y prote\u00ednas en una proporci\u00f3n de tres a uno, lo que ayuda a restaurar los niveles \u00f3ptimos de gluc\u00f3geno antes que la mayor parte de bebidas deportivas.
