No hay peligro de tragar agua si lo intentamos en mal momento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ahora bien, eso no significa que podamos respirar cuando queramos.<\/p>\n<h3>Desde el punto de vista t\u00e9cnico, el momento adecuado es el siguiente:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Inhalamos<\/strong> durante la fase de recuperaci\u00f3n de un brazo<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Exhalamos<\/strong> durante la fase de recuperaci\u00f3n del otro<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenasport.com\/es_es\/equipamiento\/gafas-de-natacion.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-102358 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800_main.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800_main.jpg 800w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800_main-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800_main-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Es importante expulsar el aire r\u00e1pidamente y con fuerza,<\/h3>\n<p>porque flotar\u00e1s peor si exhalas despacio durante la fase de empuje del primer brazo.<\/p>\n<p>Al inhalar aire los pulmones se expanden y el pecho aumenta de volumen sin que se modifique nuestro peso corporal. <strong>Esto, a su vez, nos ayuda a flotar mejor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hay que matizar que es \u00fanicamente <strong>la parte superior del cuerpo la que flota m\u00e1s<\/strong> cuando el centro del volumen corporal se inclina hacia la cabeza, de manera que los pies se hunden ligeramente.<\/p>\n<p>Para corregir ese efecto, <strong>debes evitar inflar los pulmones al m\u00e1ximo<\/strong> e intentar que la respiraci\u00f3n se mantenga controlada tanto por la cantidad de aire como por el ritmo.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-102364\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800.jpg 800w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Aqu\u00ed tienes algunos ejercicios \u00fatiles para aprender a controlar la respiraci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Practica la brazada de espalda con un solo brazo, tomando aire durante la fase de recuperaci\u00f3n y solt\u00e1ndolo durante la fase de empuje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Practica la brazada de espalda respirando normalmente durante una brazada completa y sin respirar en la siguiente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Practica la brazada de espalda respirando seguido, primero dando dos brazadas completas muy despacio y despu\u00e9s dos muy deprisa.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. <\/b>Nada de espalda haciendo una pausa de 2\u201d cuando la mano que est\u00e1 en fase de recobro pase frente a la cara. Justo en ese punto cont\u00e9n la respiraci\u00f3n por 2\u201d y luego vuelve a la brazada y el ritmo respiratorio normales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> En distancias muy cortas (12-15 m): practica la brazada de espalda con un ritmo de respiraci\u00f3n muy alto (hiperventilaci\u00f3n). Aseg\u00farate de no inhalar demasiado aire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> Nada de espalda con brazadas muy lentas, dividiendo la inhalaci\u00f3n en tres fases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cuando la mano sale del agua,<\/li>\n<li>cuando la tienes extendida frente a la cara,<\/li>\n<li>cuando est\u00e1 a punto de entrar en el agua.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Divide la exhalaci\u00f3n en las mismas tres fases.<\/p>\n<p>Respirar de manera incorrecta y <strong>regular mal la relaci\u00f3n entre CO<sub>2 <\/sub>y O<sub>2 <\/sub><\/strong>(di\u00f3xido de carbono y ox\u00edgeno) <strong>resulta en una distribuci\u00f3n de metabolitos incompleta<\/strong> que inevitablemente nos hace cansarnos antes.<\/p>\n<p>De todas maneras, eso no deber\u00eda ser un problema: tenemos exactamente los ejercicios que necesitamos para evitar errores en la brazada de espalada \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uno de los rasgos distintivos de la brazada de espalda es que el agua no afecta para nada la respiraci\u00f3n: nadamos mirando hacia arriba y por tanto elegimos cu\u00e1ndo respiramos. &hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1372,"featured_media":102358,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[10126],"tags":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.14 -
