Tanto si compiten, y por tanto entrenan un m\u00ednimo de seis veces a la semana, como si son aficionados que entrenan dos o tres veces por semana, se pueden permitir sus peque\u00f1os excesos en la mesa.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-30860\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/the_importance_of_nutrition-Copia.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/the_importance_of_nutrition-Copia.jpg 960w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/the_importance_of_nutrition-Copia-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/the_importance_of_nutrition-Copia-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a1Vamos a dar un vistazo juntos a la relaci\u00f3n entre comida y nataci\u00f3n!<\/h2>\n<p>Hoy vamos a fijarnos en un asunto clave que sin embargo se suele ignorar con frecuencia: <strong>la nutrici\u00f3n antes del entrenamiento. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 importa tanto?<\/strong> Si alguna vez has tenido curiosidad por esta cuesti\u00f3n, una simple met\u00e1fora tomada de la mec\u00e1nica deber\u00eda resolver tus dudas. \u00bfQu\u00e9 sucede si te olvidas de repostar gasolina? \u00a1Adem\u00e1s de que el coche no funciona, corres el peligro de provocar una aver\u00eda seria!<\/p>\n<p>Pues bien, al cuerpo le pasa lo mismo. <strong>Sin comida para alimentar el motor, o con el men\u00fa equivocado, el entrenamiento puede irse al garete.<\/strong> A diferencia de las m\u00e1quinas, los seres humanos tenemos adem\u00e1s el problema del horario del \u201crepostaje\u201d. Si comemos demasiado pronto tenemos el dep\u00f3sito vac\u00edo durante el entrenamiento, mientras que si comemos a la cr\u00edtica hora el est\u00f3mago protesta. Por si estas no fueran bastantes limitaciones, el proceso digestivo requiere mucha energ\u00eda,\u00a0 y por tanto se recomienda entrenar despu\u00e9s de hacer la digesti\u00f3n para estar al cien por cien en la piscina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As\u00ed pues, desde un punto de vista nutricional, \u00bfqu\u00e9 te conviene comer antes de nadar?<\/strong> Sobre todo carbohidratos, que son la fuente habitual de energ\u00eda, junto a una cantidad moderada de prote\u00ednas y grasas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenasport.com\/es_es\/descubre\/actividad\/entrenamiento-natacion.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-105467 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/food-and-training.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/food-and-training.jpg 800w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/food-and-training-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/food-and-training-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 comer antes de nadar<\/h2>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed van algunos consejos para las cuatro veces al d\u00eda en que la gente suele entrenar: por la ma\u00f1ana temprano, al final de la ma\u00f1ana, a primera hora de la tarde y a \u00faltima hora de la tarde.<\/p>\n<p>Antes, sin embargo, perm\u00edteme una recomendaci\u00f3n: no cambies radicalmente tus h\u00e1bitos alimentarios. Si, por ejemplo, nunca bebes leche en el desayuno, no empieces ahora porque lo leas en un art\u00edculo. Es mucho mejor meterse algo en el est\u00f3mago antes y despu\u00e9s, aunque no sea mucho. Puedes comer lo siguiente, siempre al menos una hora antes del entrenamiento:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2\/3 panecillos tostados o pan con mermelada o miel<\/li>\n<li>1 vaso de leche con una cucharada de coco en polvo o 1 taza de caf\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 vaso de leche caliente con cereales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tostada<\/li>\n<li>1 vaso de zumo de naranja reci\u00e9n exprimido<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>ENTRENAMIENTO CERCA DE LA HORA DE COMER<\/h3>\n<p>Los centros de deporte se llenan a esa hora. Obviamente no puedes comer y despu\u00e9s meterte en el agua, as\u00ed que es muy importante que piques algo al menos una hora u hora y media entes de entrenar.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tostada<\/li>\n<li>1 pieza de fruta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 yogurt con cereales<\/li>\n<li>1 pieza de fruta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>ENTRENAMIENTO A PRIMERA O \u00daLTIMA HORA DE LA TARDE<\/h3>\n<p>En este caso tienes tiempo para una comida, siempre que sea una hora o una hora y media antes del entrenamiento. Un bol de pasta, no demasiada, con salsa pero sin mucho condimento, ser\u00e1 un combustible m\u00e1s que suficiente para completar la sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Hemos hablado de qu\u00e9 comer durante el entrenamiento, pero lo que comes despu\u00e9s es igualmente importante. \u00bfQuieres saber qu\u00e9 comer despu\u00e9s de salir del agua y por qu\u00e9?
