{"id":71264,"date":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/sin-categorizar\/51611\/"},"modified":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","slug":"51611","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/es\/entrenamiento-y-tecnica\/51611\/","title":{"rendered":"El 5\u00ba estilo: la fase subacu\u00e1tica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En 1984, durante las Olimpiadas de Los \u00c1ngeles, un joven nadador llamado Daichi Suzuki sorprendi\u00f3 a todo el mundo con una fase subacu\u00e1tica de su invenci\u00f3n en la salida y el viraje de los 100 m espalda.<\/p>\n<p>En concreto, Suzuki dio 6 patadas de mariposa antes de emerger con una ligera ventaja sobre sus rivales, todos ellos m\u00e1s fuertes y experimentados.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de entonces algunos nadadores empezaron a practicar la fase subacu\u00e1tica en secreto. Durante 4 a\u00f1os se evit\u00f3 el tema, pero hab\u00eda quien estaba entrenando duro.<\/p>\n<p>La carrera de espalda en los Juegos de 1988 en Se\u00fal fue seguida por el p\u00fablico puesto en pie. La grada se divirti\u00f3 como nunca con las largas fases subacu\u00e1ticas que resultaron en una retah\u00edla de r\u00e9cords del mundo tanto en la carreta corta como en la larga.<\/p>\n<p>Por entonces aun no hab\u00eda l\u00edmite para la fase subacu\u00e1tica y cada vez se pasaba m\u00e1s tiempo bajo el agua. Como no terminaba la serie de r\u00e9cords, se decidi\u00f3 poner el l\u00edmite en los 15 m.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, si se ejecuta correctamente, la fase subacu\u00e1tica es la parte m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida de la carrera. En este art\u00edculo intentaremos ayudarte a mejorarla con ejercicios espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<p>Centr\u00e9monos en la t\u00e9cnica:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> En el momento en que empujas la pared, esconde la cabeza entre los hombros. Despu\u00e9s imp\u00falsate y tan pronto como sientas que te frenas, empieza a ejecutar patadas de mariposa de amplitud media.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Mant\u00e9n la parte superior del cuerpo est\u00e1tica y lim\u00edtate a acompa\u00f1ar con suavidad el movimiento de la cadera, sin girar demasiado de un lado a otro para no perder propulsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Despu\u00e9s del tercer o cuarto batido, empieza a aumentar la amplitud de la patada y hazla ligeramente m\u00e1s lenta a medida que te acercas a la superficie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Rompe la superficie y empieza a nadar antes de la marca de los 15 m para que no te descalifiquen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Salvo en estilo combinado, la misma t\u00e9cnica se puede usar, de espaldas, tanto en estilo libre como mariposa. Durante los tres batidos finales deber\u00e1s girar sobre el eje central del cuerpo para recuperar la posici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Este ejercicio encaja en el plan normal de entrenamiento, de manera que puedes practicar varias habilidades a la vez. Sin embargo, teniendo en cuenta el considerable gasto de energ\u00eda que requiere contraer los m\u00fasculos sin apenas aporte de ox\u00edgeno, se recomienda realizarlo en d\u00edas diferentes al trabajo de piernas.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, pero no menos importante, quiero se\u00f1alar que aprender la fase subacu\u00e1tica de adulto es bastante complicado y el movimiento termina siendo ineficaz y agotador.
