Sin embargo, hay muchas diferencias entre ambos estilos. Vamos a examinarlas juntos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SALIDA DE CROL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una vez que est\u00e1s en posici\u00f3n de salida sobre el bloque y has elegido la t\u00e9cnica de salto (de agarre o convencional),&nbsp;al o\u00edr la orden del juez o la pistola date impulso con fuerza usando las piernas, con los pies apuntando hacia atr\u00e1s y los brazos extendidos por delante. Para el crol, un \u00e1ngulo de aproximadamente <strong>40 \u0366.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cuando hayas entrado en el agua, intenta adoptar una posici\u00f3n hidrodin\u00e1mica, de manera que el avance sea lo m\u00e1s eficiente posible y puedas explotar la velocidad del salto al menos dos segundos.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s, ejecuta tres o cuatro batidas r\u00e1pidas de mariposa y al salir del agua pasa a la batida de crol.<\/p>\n<p>Te ofrezco un consejo: prueba a no respirar durante las primeras dos o tres brazadas para no ralentizar la propulsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-73363 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/freestyle_angle-700x366.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"366\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>SALIDA DE BRAZA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al o\u00edr la orden del juez o la pistola de salida, haz exactamente lo mismo que en la salida de crol, pero imp\u00falsate ligeramente m\u00e1s alto empleando los m\u00fasculos del est\u00f3mago para lograr un \u00e1ngulo de entrada m\u00e1s abierto.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00e1ngulo correcto en braza est\u00e1 entre los<strong> 45\u00b0y 48\u00b0<\/strong>, de manera que el descenso dentro del agua sea mayor.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez te encuentres en posici\u00f3n hidrodin\u00e1mica, ejecuta dos brazadas largas a dos manos (las manos extendidas delante de la cabeza al inicio y pegadas a los costados al final), dobla los codos, desplaza las manos hacia delante bajo el pecho durante la fase de recuperaci\u00f3n y ejecuta una patada de braza.<\/p>\n<p>A medida que empieces a perder velocidad, lleva el cuerpo hacia delante y en direcci\u00f3n a la superficie en el momento del impulso y empieza a nadar.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con las normas tienes derecho a una batida de mariposa en cualquier momento de la fase subacu\u00e1tica antes de la patada de braza; para aprovechar la velocidad del salto, sugiero hacer la batida antes de la brazada larga a dos manos.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-73369 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/breaststroke_angle-700x366.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"366\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Un consejo:<\/strong> no practiques la salida al final de las sesiones de entrenamiento, sino al principio, mientras a\u00fan tienes toda la energ\u00eda y la concentraci\u00f3n que necesitas.
