{"id":71318,"date":"2019-09-27T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-09-26T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/sin-categorizar\/aprende-a-nadar-una-braza-perfecta\/"},"modified":"2019-09-27T17:54:29","modified_gmt":"2019-09-27T15:54:29","slug":"aprende-a-nadar-una-braza-perfecta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/es\/entrenamiento-y-tecnica\/aprende-a-nadar-una-braza-perfecta\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprende a nadar una braza perfecta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Podemos ver a alguien nadando y pensar que lo hace bien, pero eso no se traduce necesariamente en un gran tiempo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La braza requiere ritmo y coordinaci\u00f3n, hidrodin\u00e1mica y fuerza, incluso a expensas del estilo.<\/p>\n<p>La mayor parte de la brazada se da bajo el agua (patada, agarre, empuje y recobro), y por eso desde fuera es muy dif\u00edcil opinar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para que tu braza sea lo m\u00e1s eficiente posible necesitas prestar atenci\u00f3n a los detalles biomec\u00e1nicos que\u00a0 permiten dominar el estilo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>1.<\/b> Orienta las palmas hacia fuera al inicio de la brazada de manera que el reverso de una mano quede pr\u00e1cticamente enfrentado al de la otra.<\/p>\n<p><b>2.<\/b> Junta los hombros todo lo que puedas antes de empezar la fase de recobro.<\/p>\n<p><b>3.<\/b> Los brazos deben moverse de manera perfectamente sincronizada y sim\u00e9trica.<\/p>\n<p><b>4.<\/b> Mant\u00e9n juntas las rodillas mientras llevas los pies hacia las nalgas y no las abras hasta el momento de la patada.<\/p>\n<p><b>5.<\/b> No acerques demasiado las rodillas al est\u00f3mago cuando te preparas para el barrido hacia fuera.<\/p>\n<p><b>6.<\/b> Gira los pies hacia fuera antes del impulso con las piernas.<\/p>\n<p><b>7.<\/b> Mant\u00e9n un \u00e1ngulo de 90\u00b0 entre el pie y la pierna durante la patada.<\/p>\n<p><b>8.<\/b> Relaja y extiende los pies al final de la patada.<\/p>\n<p><b>9.<\/b> Ejecuta la fase de recobro de las piernas con lentitud y la patada con fuerza.<\/p>\n<p><b>10.<\/b>\u00a0Ejecuta la patada cuando tengas la cabeza sumergida del todo y los brazos extendidos hacia delante.<\/p>\n<p><b>11.<\/b> No saques demasiado el pecho del agua al respirar (el gasto energ\u00e9tico es excesivo).<\/p>\n<p><b>12.<\/b> Despu\u00e9s de tomar aire, presiona hacia abajo con la espalda (no con la cabeza) y deja que las nalgas se eleven ligeramente.<\/p>\n<p><b>13.<\/b> Cuando no respiras mant\u00e9n la cabeza mirando hacia abajo, y no hacia delante, para reducir la resistencia al agua.<\/p>\n<p>Si te queda alguna duda, estudia la naturaleza: las ranas ejecutan una patada de braza perfecta.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Podemos ver a alguien nadando y pensar que lo hace bien, pero eso no se traduce necesariamente en un gran tiempo.
