{"id":71346,"date":"2017-03-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-03-16T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/sin-categorizar\/de-la-natacion-no-competitiva-la-clase-master-como-cuando-y-donde\/"},"modified":"2017-03-16T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-03-16T00:00:00","slug":"de-la-natacion-no-competitiva-la-clase-master-como-cuando-y-donde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/es\/entrenamiento-y-tecnica\/de-la-natacion-no-competitiva-la-clase-master-como-cuando-y-donde\/","title":{"rendered":"De la nataci\u00f3n no competitiva a la clase m\u00e1ster: c\u00f3mo, cu\u00e1ndo y d\u00f3nde"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 vamos a la piscina en nuestro tiempo libre?\u00a0 Las razones m\u00e1s habituales son disfrutar del agua, sentirse en forma (la nataci\u00f3n mejora las funciones cardiorespiratorias, es buena para los m\u00fasculos y la estructura \u00f3sea y ayuda a perder peso), y cuidar la salud (haciendo ejercicios de rehabilitaci\u00f3n tras las lesiones).<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, lo cierto es que al cabo de un tiempo todo el mundo empieza a fijarse en el rendimiento, contando el n\u00famero de piscinas o midiendo la distancia recorrida, y a controlar sus resultados.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces es cuando aparece, junto a la tentaci\u00f3n de apuntarse a un curso de categor\u00eda m\u00e1ster, la curiosidad por saber cu\u00e1nto hemos progresado y hasta d\u00f3nde podemos llegar.<\/p>\n<p>La pregunta que nos hacemos es siempre la misma: <strong>\u00bfDar\u00e9 la talla en competici\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Merece la pena dejar claro que el objetivo de un curso de categor\u00eda m\u00e1ster es competir despu\u00e9s de haber seguido un plan de entrenamiento espec\u00edfico que incluye 3 o 4 sesiones de nataci\u00f3n semanales.<\/p>\n<p>Si queremos competir a este nivel, primero hay que estar seguros de tener el tiempo, la determinaci\u00f3n y la energ\u00eda necesarios para ser capaces de:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Pasar un examen m\u00e9dico deportivo (obligatorio para competir en cualquier categor\u00eda).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Permanecer en el agua al menos durante una hora.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Nadar a ritmo suave durante al menos 400 m (16 largos en una piscina de 25 m) sin parar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Nadar en como m\u00ednimo tres estilos diferentes (crol, espalda y braza) sin problemas para respirar, aunque la t\u00e9cnica no sea la mejor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> Nadar 50 m de crol suave dando una voltereta cada cinco o seis brazadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> Lanzarse desde la plataforma de salida sin tener miedo de la entrada en el agua.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.<\/strong> Aguantar la respiraci\u00f3n bajo el agua durante aproximadamente 25\u201d-30\u201d (agarr\u00e1ndose a la escalera de la piscina si es necesario).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para practicar esas habilidades, puedes probar el siguiente entrenamiento:<\/strong> (cr: estilo libre; eb: estilo braza; ee: estilo espalda).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Calentamiento<\/strong>: 300 metros muy suave combinando estilos (saltando desde el bloque de salida) (ejemplo.: 50 cr + 25 eb + 50 cr + 25 ee)<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00e9cnica<\/strong>: 8 x 25 con 15\u201d de recuperaci\u00f3n (1 cr con un brazo \u2013 1 eb con pies de crol \u2013 1 cr con un brazo \u2013 1 ee con pies de braza \u2013 1 cr con voltereta cada 5 brazadas \u2013 1 eb con 2 patadas + 1 brazada \u2013 1 cr con \u00bd largo s\u00f3lo de piernas bajo el agua y\u00a0 \u00bd largo nadando normalmente \u2013 1ee con pu\u00f1os cerrados).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Piernas<\/strong>: 200 nadando suave (50 cr + 50 eb + 50 ee + 50 eb)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tronco<\/strong>: 18 x 50 a ritmo constante, suave, con 20\u201d de recuperaci\u00f3n (2 cr + 1 eb + 2 cr + 1 ee)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brazos<\/strong>: 4 x 75 cr suave con pullbuoy y 15\u201d de recuperaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enfriamiento activo<\/strong>: 200 (25 ee doble + 25 cualquier estilo)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Total<\/strong>: 2.1 km<\/p>\n<p>Si no puedes completar los ejercicios pero aun as\u00ed quieres competir, tienes la posibilidad de seguir un curso de nataci\u00f3n para adultos hasta que progreses lo suficiente para dominarlos.<\/p>\n<p>Y si has probado y los superas con facilidad \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no te decides?
