Se puede consumir como alternativa al arroz por su alto aporte cal\u00f3rico, y contiene adem\u00e1s muchas prote\u00ednas. Es una excelente fuente de carbohidratos, vitaminas y minerales. Son una excepcional fuente de prote\u00edna y procuran todas las grasas insaturadas que necesita el cuerpo, o en otras palabras, todas las grasas \u201cbuenas\u201d (los famosos omega 3 y omega 6), en contraste con las grasas saturadas. Es importante consumirlos a diario, sobre todo entre comidas. Esto vale para todos los frutos secos, y una excelente opci\u00f3n es usar cualquiera de las mantecas que se elaboran con ellos en una rebanada de pan como tentempi\u00e9 antes del entrenamiento (como m\u00ednimo una hora y media antes de empezar).<\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-71077 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/chocolate-183543_1920-700x366.jpg\" alt=\"chocolate-183543_1920\" width=\"700\" height=\"366\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>chocolate negro<\/strong> es el tercer alimento que proponemos. Tiene propiedades antioxidantes y tambi\u00e9n mejora las funciones cardiovasculares. F\u00edjate que tenga al menos un 65% de materia prima. Se trata de una fruta de origen mejicano que aporta muchas calor\u00edas y \u00e1cidos grasos sanos, como los que hemos mencionado antes, adem\u00e1s de vitaminas y antioxidantes. Tambi\u00e9n tiene un contenido en prote\u00ednas alto para una fruta.
