Al entrenar fuera del agua, puedes utilizar una significativa ayuda t\u00e9cnica: tu vista. No obstante, despu\u00e9s de realizar ejercicios \u201cen seco\u201d, con el fin de aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo la breve memoria muscular, necesitas entrar en la piscina directamente y poner en pr\u00e1ctica lo que has estado entrenando.<\/p>\n<p>Los ejercicios propuestos te ense\u00f1ar\u00e1n c\u00f3mo mantener los pies flexionados 90 grados, rotar los pies ligeramente hacia fuera y encontrar la posici\u00f3n correcta para las piernas y rodillas durante la patada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>Si\u00e9ntate en el suelo con una pierna extendida y la otra inclinada con la rodilla orientada hacia fuera y tu pie descansando en el interior de la pierna extendida. Flexiona las piernas sin levantar los talones del suelo y mant\u00e9n esta posici\u00f3n durante 30 segundos con los brazos flexionados dentro del espacio creado por las rodillas.
