Exige equilibrio, estabilidad en el tronco y la habilidad de saber exactamente en qu\u00e9 posici\u00f3n nos encontramos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El objetivo de este ejercicio es que aprendas a dominar todos los \u00e1ngulos de la patada de mariposa bajo el agua.<\/strong> A veces el cuerpo puede no estar bien alineado despu\u00e9s del primer impulso (lo mismo desde la plataforma de salida que despu\u00e9s del giro) y si eres capaz de solucionarlo pronto no perder\u00e1s tiempo en la fase subacu\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El primer paso para aprender esta t\u00e9cnica es mejorar la percepci\u00f3n de tu posici\u00f3n en el agua.<\/strong> Sal desde la pared y rota el cuerpo 360\u00b0 usando nada m\u00e1s el impulso de las piernas. Despu\u00e9s del impulso en la pared, las piernas ya no se mueven. Mant\u00e9n el cuerpo relajado y en posici\u00f3n de deslizamiento, con los pies y los brazos totalmente extendidos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\" style=\"position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; padding-top: 30px; height: 0; overflow: hidden;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hkd1fbmC5YM\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una vez que controles el movimiento, pasa al siguiente nivel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la misma posici\u00f3n de inicio, despu\u00e9s de avanzar unos segundos ve girando y ejecuta dos patadas de mariposa mirando a la derecha, despu\u00e9s otras dos mirando hacia arriba, dos m\u00e1s mirando a la izquierda y las \u00faltimas en la posici\u00f3n inicial boca abajo. Toma aire e imp\u00falsate con los pies desde la pared para deslizarte bajo el agua mirando al fondo de la piscina sin mover los brazos. Empieza a rotar como hiciste en la anterior versi\u00f3n del ejercicio y en cada una de las cuatro posiciones ejecuta una patada de mariposa hasta terminar en la posici\u00f3n inicial.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\" style=\"position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; padding-top: 30px; height: 0; overflow: hidden;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/EQ8BhLlr_y4\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p class=\"Text\"><span lang=\"DE\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito del ejercicio es familiarizarse con los gestos de la patada de mariposa y aprender a cambiar de posici\u00f3n en el agua sin usar la parte superior del cuerpo. Presta especial atenci\u00f3n a la postura de la cabeza y la direcci\u00f3n de la mirada para orientar el avance.
