PIERNAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Hoy vamos a explicar c\u00f3mo utilizar tus piernas y adem\u00e1s vamos a sugerir algunos ejercicios espec\u00edficos de entrenamiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para el g\u00e9nero masculino adulto en particular, las piernas pueden, convertirse en algo mas que \u00a1pesos muertos!<\/p>\n<p>Voluminosas masas de m\u00fasculo, que, si se usan con fuerza, \u201csecan\u201d las reservas de energ\u00eda del atleta dej\u00e1ndole completamente d\u00e9bil.<\/p>\n<p>No existe una \u201cmedicina\u201d especial que puedan ense\u00f1arnos repentinamente c\u00f3mo utilizar nuestras piernas, pero con la ayuda de algunos ejercicios, tanto en el agua como en seco, nuestras sesiones de entrenamiento en la piscina ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s relajadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comencemos con los ejercicios en seco:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20 segundos de carrera en el sitio<\/li>\n<li>De nuevo en el sitio, correr con una alternancia de 5 minutos de carrera normal con 5 minutos de carrera con las piernas dobladas<\/li>\n<li>10 sentadillas<\/li>\n<li>10 estiramientos alternados de piernas<\/li>\n<li>10 puntillas (si es posible en un escal\u00f3n para que puedas estirar tus pantorrillas cuando bajes de las puntillas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vamos ahora con los ejercicios en el agua:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Piernas de espalda alternadas con piernas de braza<\/li>\n<li>Con una tabla en el pecho, en una posici\u00f3n semi-vertical, piernas de bicicleta<\/li>\n<li>Piernas de estilo libre<\/li>\n<li>Con una tabla en el pecho en una posici\u00f3n sentada, piernas de espalda<\/li>\n<li>De nuevo, en una posici\u00f3n sentada, piernas de braza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As\u00ed que en una sola palabra\u2026. \u00a1Piernas!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy vamos a explicar c\u00f3mo utilizar tus piernas y adem\u00e1s vamos a sugerir algunos ejercicios espec\u00edficos de entrenamiento.
