La idea de competir ha sido siempre un gran est\u00edmulo y una buena raz\u00f3n para ser constante entrenando, casi como una medicina que me hace dar el m\u00e1ximo cuando llega el momento. Sin embargo, no es raro que el d\u00eda de la carrera piense: <strong>\u201c\u00bfpero qu\u00e9 estoy haciendo aqu\u00ed?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9 que en cualquier nivel de competici\u00f3n, a todo el mundo le pasan por la cabeza mil ideas mientras entrena o compite. Con frecuencia nos asaltan dudas sobre nuestros progresos, nos convencemos de que nos falta t\u00e9cnica, de que fallamos en tal estilo, o de que<strong> no estamos en la mejor forma<\/strong>. En ese caso, el discurso interior que gu\u00eda nuestras acciones, nuestro <strong>mantra personal<\/strong>, es un lastre que consume energ\u00eda sin aportar nada.<\/p>\n<p>En mi opini\u00f3n, el punto fuerte de cualquier deportista es la capacidad para superar esas dudas. Seg\u00fan el psic\u00f3logo del deporte Piero Trabucchi \u201c<em>la motivaci\u00f3n es una disciplina en s\u00ed misma, un ejercicio imprescindible.<\/em> Hay que tener recursos. Estar motivados no es simplemente querer algo. O al menos, no es solo eso. Tambi\u00e9n es la habilidad de gestionar el sufrimiento, de soportarlo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, cuando se pregunta a los campeones cu\u00e1l es su secreto, la respuesta suele estar directa o indirectamente relacionada con el sacrificio. <strong>Entrenar a diario, levantarse temprano, aguantar el esfuerzo f\u00edsico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>No hay una receta \u00fanica<\/strong>, pero si queremos sentirnos m\u00e1s fuertes en el agua nuestro mantra debe ser constructivo. Las palabras que nos repetimos tienen que recordarnos que somos capaces, que contamos con los recursos para mejorar y que pase lo que pase vamos a seguir adelante. De esa manera, cuando la incertidumbre viene a rondarnos la cabeza, sabemos librarnos de ella a base de voluntad y disciplina.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Muchas veces compito porque necesito un objetivo.
