Tous vont pouvoir enfin en d\u00e9coudre et exprimer les progr\u00e8s qu&rsquo;ils ont effectu\u00e9 au cours de leur saison. Une derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape importante qui servira \u00e0 bonifier tous les efforts effectu\u00e9s. Reste cependant \u00e0 mettre en place : l&rsquo;aff\u00fbtage ! Cette phase am\u00e8nera les nageurs \u00e0 aborder la comp\u00e9tition dans les meilleures conditions apr\u00e8s de longues semaines d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement intensif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Denis Auguin, Directeur Technique National et entra\u00eeneur d&rsquo;Alain Bernard nous r\u00e9pond :<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/fr_fr\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/affutage-coach.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2467\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/fr_fr\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/affutage-coach-450x337.jpg\" alt=\"A\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; Qu&rsquo;est-ce que l&rsquo;aff\u00fbtage ?<\/strong> L&rsquo;aff\u00fbtage est la potentialisation de tout ce qu&rsquo;on a travaill\u00e9 tout au long d&rsquo;un cycle d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement (physique\/technique\/mental) dans l&rsquo;eau et \u00e0 sec \u00e0 travers une diminution de la charge d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement (volume\/intensit\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; Que recherche-t-on lorsqu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;aff\u00fbte ?<\/strong> On recherche une augmentation des capacit\u00e9s physiques appel\u00e9e la \u00ab\u00a0surcompensation\u00a0\u00bb. Suite \u00e0 une longue et importante p\u00e9riode de travail, permettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisme de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer am\u00e8ne en principe (si on a bien travaill\u00e9), une \u00e9l\u00e9vation des niveaux physiques au dessus du point de d\u00e9part (force, endurance de force, explosivit\u00e9&#8230;). On recherche \u00e9galement une am\u00e9lioration des coordinations de nage \u00e0 allure de course ainsi qu&rsquo;une fra\u00eecheur physique et mentale. C&rsquo;est aussi la p\u00e9riode des derniers r\u00e9glages avant la course.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; Quand commencer une p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;aff\u00fbtage ?<\/strong> L&rsquo;aff\u00fbtage a une dur\u00e9e variable suivant les athl\u00e8tes et les distances de courses. Certains n&rsquo;ont besoin que de 10 jours sinon leurs capacit\u00e9s d\u00e9croissent avant le d\u00e9but de la comp\u00e9tition. Au contraire, d&rsquo;autres nageurs ont besoin de 4 semaines d&rsquo;aff\u00fbtage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; Quelles sont les diff\u00e9rences majeures entre la p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement intensif et la p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;aff\u00fbtage ?<\/strong> C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s variable mais le volume peut \u00eatre diminu\u00e9 par 5 par rapport \u00e0 une semaine normale. Les intensit\u00e9s diminuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;aff\u00fbtage avec quelques rappels \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9 qui se font souvent sur les allures de course. Le nombre de s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement dans la semaine est aussi en baisse, il faut faire attention \u00e0 ne pas prendre de poids car la d\u00e9pense \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est beaucoup plus faible. Enfin, l&rsquo;accent est mis sur le sommeil, le calme et la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; Comment faire pour que l&rsquo;aff\u00fbtage ne se transforme pas en \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9sentra\u00eenement\u00a0\u00bb ?<\/strong> C&rsquo;est bien l\u00e0 tout l&rsquo;art de bien aff\u00fbter un nageur; Le nageur doit se prendre en charge en g\u00e9rant ses sensations. Au niveau de l&rsquo;entra\u00eeneur, l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience est primordiale, il faut trouver le juste \u00e9quilibre entre reposer l&rsquo;athl\u00e8te au maximum sans qu&rsquo;il ne perde le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du travail effectu\u00e9. On peut cependant en faire tr\u00e8s peu dans les derniers jours avant la course \u00e0 condition que la qualit\u00e9 de travail soit exceptionnelle. Pour une m\u00eame \u00e9preuve disput\u00e9e par des nageurs diff\u00e9rents le m\u00eame jour, on peut avoir des strat\u00e9gies assez diff\u00e9rentes car chaque nageur va r\u00e9agir de fa\u00e7on diff\u00e9rente. Il faut noter qu&rsquo;au cours de l&rsquo;aff\u00fbtage, le nageur va souvent r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer de fa\u00e7on significative la premi\u00e8re semaine, puis avoir la sensation d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0entre deux eaux\u00a0\u00bb et enfin vraiment sur-compenser les derniers jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents la course.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La zone d&rsquo;aff\u00fbtage est donc la p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 le comp\u00e9titeur va chercher \u00e0 pr\u00e9server ses acquis, tout en r\u00e9duisant l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de fatigue qu&rsquo;il a accumul\u00e9, pour arriver au maximum de ses possibilit\u00e9s le jour de la comp\u00e9tition . L&rsquo;augmentation de la performance sera de l&rsquo;ordre de 3%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, en p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;aff\u00fbtage (p\u00e9riode de 10 \u00e0 28 jours)<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; L&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 est maintenue<br \/>\n&#8211; Le volume d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement diminue de 40 \u00e0 60%<br \/>\n&#8211; La fr\u00e9quence des entra\u00eenements diminue de 20 \u00e0 30%<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voici quelques exemples de s\u00e9ries qu&rsquo;Erwann Jacob, entra\u00eeneur de Guingamp, a mis en place au coeur de ses s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement pour Soizic Th\u00e9pot (sp\u00e9cialiste du 50m et 100m papillon) et Lucas Chaumont (sp\u00e9cialiste du 200m dos et 200m 4 nages) qui ont tous deux particip\u00e9 aux championnats de France jeunes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; S\u00e9rie 25m, 50m, 25m avec une r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration entre chaque de 7&Prime;. C&rsquo;est une simulation de course en mode all\u00e9g\u00e9 qui permet d&rsquo;estimer en th\u00e9orie la forme du nageur. During my youth, I spent six years as a speed skater, and later went on to enjoy biking, running, skydiving and diving (PADI Divemaster). Swimming has really complemented my sporting career, I am completely hooked on it. I love the technique, stamina , motivation, speed, power and flexibility required for it.
