C&rsquo;est pourquoi il est bon de modifier les moyens, les m\u00e9thodes et leur dosage en les combinant et en les variant.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">F. Talyschjov<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration est une phase essentielle dans le processus de l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement. Si le nageur veut pouvoir garder sa capacit\u00e9 de performance et ne pas courir le risque d&rsquo;\u00e9puiser ses r\u00e9serves d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, il faut qu&rsquo;il respecte les aspects de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Diff\u00e9rents modes sont propos\u00e9s par les entra\u00eeneurs : la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration active, une bonne \u00a0hydratation et une alimentation adapt\u00e9e, des \u00e9tirements, le\u00a0sauna, les bains massant, l&rsquo;\u00e9lectroth\u00e9rapie, les bas de contention, le sommeil ou encore la cryoth\u00e9rapie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La cryoth\u00e9rapie, m\u00e9thode qui existe depuis l&rsquo;antiquit\u00e9, s&rsquo;est extr\u00eamement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es dans le milieu du sport. Les charges d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement devenant de plus en plus importantes, la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration est alors primordiale pour le sportif s&rsquo;entra\u00eenant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2 fois par jour et accumulant les comp\u00e9titions. Pour favoriser la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de la fonction musculaire apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;effort, l&rsquo;immersion du corps dans l&rsquo;eau froide doit suivre quelques r\u00e8gles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0La temp\u00e9rature conseill\u00e9e est de 10\u00b0C. Pour la dur\u00e9e, il y a diff\u00e9rents protocoles, soit en continu soit en fractionn\u00e9. Pour le fractionn\u00e9, on peut faire 5 fois 20 secondes\/20 secondes ou bien 3 fois 30 secondes\/30 secondes en terminant toujours par l&rsquo;immersion dans l&rsquo;eau. Pour le continu, il faudrait rester immerg\u00e9 8-10 minutes mais en pratique, il est rare de rester dans l&rsquo;eau plus de 2-3 minutes.
