Elle nous d\u00e9voile ses 7 super-pouvoirs qui lui permettent d&rsquo;encha\u00eener les courses et les comp\u00e9titions avec toujours autant de facilit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;envie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour moi le grand jour, c&rsquo;est tous les matins ! J&rsquo;arrive aux entra\u00eenements comme si j&rsquo;\u00e9tais aux Jeux Olympiques. J&rsquo;ai le m\u00eame mental \u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement qu&rsquo;en comp\u00e9tition. Mon leitmotiv : donner le meilleur de moi-m\u00eame en toutes circonstances, enjeu sportif ou non !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><ins datetime=\"2014-08-27T14:38:05+00:00\">Vision<\/ins><\/strong><br \/>\nJ&rsquo;adore ce que je fais. Je suis une athl\u00e8te professionnelle. A bien y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, ma carri\u00e8re consiste \u00e0 poursuivre et r\u00e9aliser mes r\u00eaves d&rsquo;enfant, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque o\u00f9 je nageais avec mon grand-p\u00e8re. Suivre ce cap m&rsquo;aide \u00e0 m&rsquo;ouvrir constamment \u00e0 de nouveaux horizons. Je veux que ma carri\u00e8re de nageuse et mes performances marquent l&rsquo;histoire de la natation mondiale !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><ins datetime=\"2014-08-27T14:38:05+00:00\">Concentration<\/ins><\/strong><br \/>\nJe travaille autant pour aider mon corps \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer correctement que je me bats en comp\u00e9tition ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement pour le pousser au maximum de ses capacit\u00e9s. Pendant les finales, lorsque j&rsquo;ai 4 courses \u00e0 encha\u00eener, je ne pense \u00e0 rien d&rsquo;autre qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la course que je m&rsquo;appr\u00eate \u00e0 nager.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><ins datetime=\"2014-08-27T14:38:05+00:00\">Conscience<\/ins><\/strong><br \/>\nJe crois fermement que l&rsquo;esprit contr\u00f4le le corps. Quand le mental est bon, le corps peut r\u00e9aliser de grandes choses ! Ma force mentale contribue pleinement \u00e0 mes succ\u00e8s sportifs. Si on comprend que nos pens\u00e9es et notre \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit fa\u00e7onnent notre caract\u00e8re, alors on sait par o\u00f9 commencer pour atteindre ses objectifs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><ins datetime=\"2014-08-27T14:38:05+00:00\">Discipline<\/ins><\/strong><br \/>\nLe psychologique joue un r\u00f4le essentiel sur la fa\u00e7on de g\u00e9rer et de r\u00e9agir aux diff\u00e9rents \u00e9v\u00e9nements et situations. Pour moi, la fatigue c&rsquo;est le plus souvent dans la t\u00eate ! Quand je me couche le soir, je me questionne : peut-on renoncer par fatigue ou paresse ? Pas une seule fois, je me suis dit qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agissait l\u00e0 d&rsquo;une bonne excuse !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><ins datetime=\"2014-08-27T14:38:05+00:00\">Comp\u00e9titive<\/ins><\/strong><br \/>\nSinc\u00e8rement, je suis sans doute la sportive la plus comp\u00e9titive au monde ;). J&rsquo;adore rafler toutes les victoires sur une comp\u00e9tition et me battre pour gagner. Mais paradoxalement, j&rsquo;ai aussi appris \u00e0 encaisser sereinement la d\u00e9faite. Pendant longtemps, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9test\u00e9 perdre. Je me battais comme une lionne pour l&#8217;emporter. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je sais qu&rsquo;il y a des choses plus graves dans la vie que de perdre une course. Mais sur le plot de d\u00e9part, seule la victoire compte. Je donne tout et si je perds, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il y avait plus fort en face, du moins jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la prochaine course !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><ins datetime=\"2014-08-27T14:38:05+00:00\">Engagement<\/ins><\/strong><br \/>\nMa conviction, c&rsquo;est que le travail engag\u00e9 finit toujours par payer. S&rsquo;il faut travailler pour r\u00e9ussir, alors pourquoi ne pas le faire ? Si quelqu&rsquo;un vient vous voir et vous dit : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Si tu fais \u00e7a et \u00e7a, tu battras le record du monde<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. Est-ce que vous suivez ses conseils m\u00eame si cela exige beaucoup de rigueur et de sacrifices ou vous trouvez une excuse pour ne pas les suivre ? La r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette question t\u00e9moigne de votre degr\u00e9 de motivation pour atteindre vos objectifs. Dans mon cas, peu importe que le chemin soit difficile, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mon engagement et ma volont\u00e9, je sais que j&rsquo;arriverai au bout aur\u00e9ol\u00e9e de succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><ins datetime=\"2014-08-27T14:38:05+00:00\">Adaptabilit\u00e9<\/ins><\/strong><br \/>\nAu cours de ma carri\u00e8re, j&rsquo;ai constat\u00e9 que beaucoup trouve syst\u00e9matiquement de bonnes excuses pour justifier les contre-performances. Comme si les athl\u00e8tes attendaient leur heure de gloire ou que les choses arrivent d&rsquo;elles-m\u00eames. Peut-\u00eatre\u00a0que les miracles existent mais ce qui me guide avant tout c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00eatre au meilleur de ma forme quelque soit la situation.
