L&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique dans l&rsquo;eau ne pr\u00e9sente aucune contre-indication et permet de travailler quasiment tous les muscles du corps. Le + ? C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bon pour \u00e9vacuer le stress !<\/p>\n<p>Plus d&rsquo;h\u00e9sitation, je me lance et je suis le programme de remise en forme arena pour retrouver ma ligne et \u00e9liminer les petits kilos superflus pris pendant les f\u00eates !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programme d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si vous nagez une heure \u00e0 allure moyenne, vous pouvez perdre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 400 kcal. L&rsquo;id\u00e9al est de pratiquer 2 \u00e0 3 s\u00e9ances de natation par semaine pour des r\u00e9sultats rapides.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Je veux muscler mes jambes !<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Notre solution :<\/strong> faites un jogging dans l&rsquo;eau !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pourquoi ?<\/strong> Parce que le jogging est un sport complet et que le pratiquer dans l&rsquo;eau double ses bienfaits. De plus, l&rsquo;eau a des vertus amincissantes, gomme la cellulite et affine la silhouette.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bon \u00e0 savoir :<\/strong> L&rsquo;aquajogging d\u00e9veloppe la souplesse, la force et l&rsquo;endurance. Plus l&rsquo;eau est profonde, plus l&rsquo;effort sera intense.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Je veux muscler le haut de mon corps !<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Notre solution :<\/strong> les 4 nages permettent de se muscler !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le + :<\/strong> utilisez les plaquettes pour augmenter la r\u00e9sistance de l&rsquo;eau et fournir un effort plus intense avec les bras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exemple d&rsquo;exercice simple :<\/strong> placez vos jambes en fente, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fl\u00e9chies. Plaquettes en main, vos bras sont tendus le long du corps. Remontez rapidement vos bras au-dessus de votre t\u00eate puis redescendez vos bras lentement le long du corps. Pour davantage de r\u00e9sultats, augmenter la vitesse des battements tout en contractant les diff\u00e9rents muscles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le + :<\/strong> utilisez des palmes pour augmenter la r\u00e9sistance de l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exemple d&rsquo;exercice simple :<\/strong> appuy\u00e9 contre le bord de la piscine, levez la jambe en arri\u00e8re en gardant le dos droit.
