{"id":69502,"date":"2015-03-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-03-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-classifiee\/jeanne-collonge-triathlon-guadeloupe-gwadlouptri\/"},"modified":"2015-03-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2015-03-01T00:00:00","slug":"jeanne-collonge-triathlon-guadeloupe-gwadlouptri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/non-classifiee\/jeanne-collonge-triathlon-guadeloupe-gwadlouptri\/","title":{"rendered":"Jeanne Collonge au Gwadlouptri, triathlon de Guadeloupe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Samedi 21 f\u00e9vrier, notre triathl\u00e8te <a title=\"Portrait Jeanne Collonge\" href=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/team-and-news\/portrait-de-la-triathlete-du-team-arena-jeanne-collonge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jeanne Collonge<\/a> participait \u00e0 son premier triathlon longue distance de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e en Guadeloupe, le Gwadlouptri Long Distance de Pointe \u00e0 Pitre \u00e0 Saint Fran\u00e7ois<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/fr_fr\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/jeanne_collonge_gwadlouptri_6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3663\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/fr_fr\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/jeanne_collonge_gwadlouptri_6-700x819.jpg\" alt=\"jeanne_collonge_gwadlouptri_6\" width=\"332\" height=\"389\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>La Course du Gwadlouptri<\/h2>\n<p>Le format choisi, celui qui se d\u00e9veloppe le plus et qui r\u00e9pond aux contraintes de d\u00e9but de saison (ni trop court, ni trop long) \u00e9tait le half-ironman soit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1900 m de natation<\/li>\n<li>90 km de v\u00e9lo<\/li>\n<li>21 km de course \u00e0 pieds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9preuve \u00e9tait propos\u00e9e\u00a0en individuel ou en relais (\u00e9quipe de 3).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0Les sensations de Jeanne Collonge<\/h2>\n<p>Ma<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3664\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/fr_fr\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/jeanne_collonge_gwadlouptri_4-700x903.jpg\" alt=\"jeanne_collonge_gwadlouptri_4\" width=\"332\" height=\"428\" \/>\u00a0premi\u00e8re course de la saison hier sur le Gwadlouptri s&rsquo;est sold\u00e9e par une victoire !<\/p>\n<p>La natation a \u00e9t\u00e9 assez \u00ab\u00a0folklo\u00a0\u00bb car on ne voyait pas assez les bou\u00e9es, mais je savais quand m\u00eame que j&rsquo;allais avoir un peu de retard sur Vanessa Raw qui est une excellente nageuse. Je suis sortie avec 3&rsquo;20 de retard sur elle, en 2\u00e8 position. Le 1er tour v\u00e9lo a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi le plus dur des 3, mais j&rsquo;ai ensuite eu de bonnes sensations qui m&rsquo;ont permis de revenir sur elle au bout des 90km. Puis \u00e0 pied, \u00e7a allait bien jusqu&rsquo;au bout et j&rsquo;ai pu gagner avec environ 4&prime; d&rsquo;avance sur Raw.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le plaisir \u00e9tait l\u00e0, les bonnes sensations aussi, la saison est bel et bien lanc\u00e9e!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/fr_fr\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/jeanne_collonge_gwadlouptri_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3668\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/fr_fr\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/jeanne_collonge_gwadlouptri_2.jpg\" alt=\"jeanne_collonge_gwadlouptri_2\" width=\"320\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le Gwadlouptri, prochaine course pour Jeanne, <strong>le Triathlon International de Cannes, le 19 avril prochain.<\/strong> En attendant le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Ironman de Nice le 28 juin prochain (sur lequel elle a finit 2e en 2013 \u00e0 7&prime; de Mary Beth Ellis)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Athl\u00e8te \u00e0 suivre
