L\u2019entra\u00eenement mental est essentiel dans la pratique intensive d\u2019un sport pour maximiser la performance.<\/p>\n<h2>Travaillez votre force mentale<\/h2>\n<p>S\u2019entra\u00eener dur et faire de la comp\u00e9tition n\u00e9cessite un mental solide. Il existe des techniques tr\u00e8s puissantes de pr\u00e9paration mentale pour booster votre mental durant l&rsquo;effort.<\/p>\n<p>La principale difficult\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation et l\u2019examen de sa force mentale.
