Changement de fr\u00e9quence cardiaque au repos<\/strong>\u00a0: ceci est le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;une augmentation de votre taux m\u00e9tabolique pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences impos\u00e9es par votre entra\u00eenement exigeant.
