Dans ce cas, les muscles de votre avant-bras et de vos \u00e9paules vont forcer plus.<\/p>\n<p>Essayez les exercices suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nage libre\u00a06&#215;50 m avec les Elite Hand Paddles.
