En effet, <strong>70% de la propulsion vient des jambes<\/strong> et les 30% restants des bras.<\/p>\n<p>En raison de sa sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 en termes de propulsion, l&rsquo;utilisation des jambes en brasse est plus importante que dans les autres types de nage.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-90081\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/person-swimming-breaststroke.jpg\" alt=\"A man swims the breaststroke in a pool\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/person-swimming-breaststroke.jpg 800w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/person-swimming-breaststroke-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/person-swimming-breaststroke-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La technique la plus populaire est le mouvement \u00a0dit de \u00abfouet\u00bb. Cette technique consiste \u00e0 plier les jambes vers vos cuisses et vos cuisses vers vos hanches \u00e0 un angle d&rsquo;environ 120 \u00b0, avec vos pieds presque \u00e0 la surface de l&rsquo;eau et vos genoux assez rapproch\u00e9s. Vos pieds commencent alors \u00e0 balayer vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur pour se mettre dans la bonne position pour pousser dans l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p>Vous poussez avec l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de vos pieds et effectuez un mouvement de \u00ab\u00a0fouet\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9nergique. Apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 cette phase, vos pieds seront coll\u00e9s ensemble et compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9tendus.<br \/>\n<strong>Les jambes jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 tout au long de la course, en particulier la position de vos genoux. Les probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;alignement et de stabilit\u00e9 m\u00e9caniques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la rotule.<\/strong> La rotule est l\u2019os plat et de forme ronde \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant du genou. Il s\u2019articule avec une douille de forme similaire \u00e0 la partie inf\u00e9rieure de l&rsquo;os de la cuisse (f\u00e9mur).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une des causes les plus courantes de blessures \u00e0 la rotule vient de difficult\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9quilibre. La forme la plus grave se produit lorsque la rotule sort de sa cavit\u00e9 et doit \u00eatre physiquement remise en place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux surfaces articulaires.<\/strong> L&rsquo;avant du genou est extr\u00eamement vuln\u00e9rable aux blessures et cela peut causer des dommages aux surfaces de l&rsquo;articulation entre le f\u00e9mur et la rotule.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les blessures soudaines peuvent \u00eatre dues \u00e0 une rotule non align\u00e9e dans sa cavit\u00e9. Ceci est une cause tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quente et extr\u00eamement grave de blessure. Cela peut se construire lentement sur un certain nombre d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il peut aussi y avoir des causes cach\u00e9es de blessures \u00e0 la rotule. Les effets secondaires d\u00e9coulant d&rsquo;une cause cach\u00e9e sont, cependant, assez communs et ne font qu&#8217;empirer les choses. Le plus important d&rsquo;entre eux est l&rsquo;usure du muscle quadriceps dans la partie avant du genou, qui commande le mouvement et la force de l&rsquo;articulation. D\u00e9placez vos hanches l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re de sorte que vous pouvez sentir la pression sur les muscles de vos cuisses; pliez lentement vos jambes en baissant votre corps, sans tomber soudainement, et en gardant vos muscles tendus pour \u00e9viter les mouvements lat\u00e9raux de vos genoux. Pliez les genoux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que vos cuisses soient parall\u00e8les au sol ou, si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que vos hanches soient \u00e0 la m\u00eame hauteur que vos genoux.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commencez sans poids. Effectuez les mouvements lentement, en vous concentrant sur les muscles de l&rsquo;avant de vos cuisses. Retournez \u00e0 la position de d\u00e9part en d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant votre pied droit en premier, suivi par votre gauche. Assurez-vous que votre dos est droit et vos jambes pli\u00e9es. Essayez de maintenir la position pendant 30 \u00ab\u00a0, suivi par 45\u00a0\u00bb de repos.
