Si \u00e0 la fin de la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9rie vous sentez que vous pourriez faire 5 \u00e0 10 pompes suppl\u00e9mentaires, essayez de faire la deuxi\u00e8me s\u00e9rie \u00e0 un angle de 55\u00b0 \u00e0 60\u00b0.
